It also features traditional Ferrara dishes with a vegetarian twist. A must-try for both omnivores and vegans. Many thanks to the owner, whose kindness makes lunch truly enjoyable! 21/03/2026: Very cozy restaurant by the canal. We went on Saturday, and it was packed. Had an amazing antipasto with fish crudo; it was very good, and it came with a little paper describing each fish. Also, it included a small sorbet to refresh the taste of each fish. It was very well presented and great. Had some delicious pasta, and both dishes were very tasty. They have an excellent fish grill and the famous 'Eel grill' with it. The staff was all friendly and very professional, providing excellent service. Cannot say enough good things! Highly recommended when you visit the city!

03/03/2026: I met up with friends for an aperitif. The wine list is excellent. I've been here several times for dinner, with a meat and fish menu. The young staff is helpful. I highly recommend coming for both an aperitif and dinner.

21/03/2026: This is my second time eating at this restaurant. You can't go wrong with either the meat or the fish; everything is truly delicious.
But despite the excellent food, I have to say that the strong point is the welcoming and attentive service from the staff.
Regarding the prices, I have to say that the quality/price ratio is also above average.
Recommendations: Chitarrine allo scoglio (seafood chitarrine) €25 (huge, enough to feed two) and the millefeuille with berries.

03/03/2026: Lunch arranged for 37 people... a trio of first courses (cappellacci with ragù, cazunzei with spinach and smoked ricotta, pheasant caramels) excellent and plentiful... followed by mixed grill with grilled vegetables, baked and fried potatoes... compliments to the service... it's not the first time I've been to this place and I've always eaten well... I'll definitely be back again...

02/03/2026: A pleasant atmosphere, courteous and prompt service, and a varied and appealing selection. In practice, however, Tomini disappointed me a bit, apart from the taste: in the radicchio, pancetta, and gorgonzola crescione, the radicchio flavor largely overpowered the other flavors, which were barely noticeable. Furthermore, the dough was a bit bland and too dry for my palate. As for the sweet crescioncini (I chose the Nutella and coconut one), I found the crust a bit too generous for the filling.
