The food is of the highest quality, and the desserts are simply divine. A true gourmet experience. We had eel with polenta, black rice with bottarga, sea bass tartare, and a veal steak with arugula and parmesan, along with a fresh salad and amazing desserts — mascarpone, cheesecake, and a local raspberry specialty. An unforgettable place! Highly recommended! And if you’re a cyclist, there are fantastic routes from 17 to 70 km that Cristiano himself will tell you about! 05/09/2025: Located in the center of Tresigallo, easy to find with plenty of parking. The restaurant offers excellent dishes, including vegetarian options. The place is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended.

30/08/2025: Dining in the summer in the Tresigallo square at sunset in a metaphysical atmosphere eating excellent fish is an experience that I recommend for those who don't want to go to the sea and love history, passatelli with cream of pumpkin and scallops excellent, tasty spaghetti allo scoglio, generous portions and good fried fish, excellent service, nice surprise, to be recommended

31/08/2025: Nice place, neat and clean; the schiacciata are excellent. The "do-it-yourself" ordering method and the many options for customizing your schiacciata are very distinctive. They now also carry Salento beers. The best.

29/08/2025: Welcoming place, friendly staff and very quick to serve, you can go there with your dog, they brought us a bowl of water for the dog, we ate very well, excellent grilled food and also the fantastic cacio e pepe capletti, excellent also the desserts that the waitress recommended to us, black and white, if I remember correctly, I recommend them all

10/08/2025: We went on August 9, 2025. I understand it's Saturday, but reservations are required, and if you accept reservations, you have to provide decent service. We arrived at 8:40 PM, just to get a table—it was a wait. We managed to order at around 9:20 PM, but with people arriving later, they ate much earlier. We had our appetizers (not all at once) at around 10:15 PM. A hot seafood salad arrived, as if freshly prepared, and we had the other dishes at 11:00 PM. We paid €9.80 for a one-liter Coke (which was anything but Coke). Not to be repeated.

The seafood spaghetti and tagliolini with clams were very al dente and lacking in flavor. I'd add: very oily and heavy... Mascarpone cheese was neither good nor bad. Service: one of the two pizzas was wrong, and the sorbet ordered but never arrived... well,

25/05/2025: Yesterday my family and I (4 in total) had the pleasure of choosing this pizzeria as the place for our dinner. I really appreciated the courtesy of the guys who served us, the pizzas were delicious, with a truly spectacular dough: crunchy on the bottom and soft on the top, also made juicy thanks to the tomato and mozzarella. The environment was quite simple, but decorated in a way that made it very nice. I also found the services functional and well managed.
