26/06/2026: Wonderful place! We just visited on a very hot summer day. The place is cool, the decor and atmosphere are thoughtful and pleasant, fresh in every detail. The food was exceptional! Fresh ingredients, light and healthy dishes, yet extremely tasty. We had the veal with tuna sauce (timeless) and two of their salads: cream of eggplant, burrata, and sun-dried tomato pesto, and a cream of zucchini and basil, with marinated zucchini and salmon. To finish, stuffed peaches and amaretto ice cream. Everything was delicious! Highly recommended.

08/04/2026: My family and I had lunch here for Easter 2026.
The ingredients were very good, fresh, and plentiful.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The service was a bit slow, but since it was Easter Sunday, I can understand why there were some difficulties.
Overall, a great experience.

Light dinner of spaghetti with clams, tagliatelle with scallops and porcini mushrooms, salad, and dessert
Everything was excellent, perfect service, price in line with the quality

04/03/2026: I'm speechless. I arrived at 12:10 and there were about 10 people. It took them 20 minutes to order... going first to the people who arrived after us. They brought us water and nothing else. After 20 minutes, I asked because I saw they were bringing the dishes to those who arrived after us. They told me... we'll be right there... well, it was 1:00 PM and still nothing. We left... a disgrace. I didn't even eat because I had to get back to work. I'll never set foot in there again.

Macaroni with mantis shrimp and belly pizzaiola style with baked potatoes.
It would have been 5 stars but...
Everything was too salty.
TOO BAD
I assume it was a bad day, but I'll definitely try again.

02/06/2026: The waitress was rude and uninterested in the customers. We arrived, sat down, and had to wait a bit before anyone came to ask us for our order (the restaurant wasn't even full, in fact).
When she arrived, we politely asked for the menu, and she looked up at the menu hanging on the wall. We, rightfully, asked for the regular small menu. So far, I DON'T KNOW. Then we told her our order, and she laughed, "Just a Margherita?" I understand the hassle of going to get the menu, but if you work in customer service, you don't make those faces or comments.
They brought our pizza, and the table was still bare; there wasn't even a tablecloth, cutlery, or napkins.
When we went to pay, we had to wait about ten minutes because there was no one at the register.
The pizza and cocktails were good, but the staff weren't.
22/05/2026: If you're in Alessandria, you can't miss their pizza. I discovered it three years ago by chance, and now it's a regular stop every time I'm in Alessandria!
Highly recommended!

The pizza is also good.
26/04/2026: We went for dinner. The staff were friendly and the food was good, especially the grilled swordfish. The place could use some updating. It was nice to see the Christmas lights at the end of April.

04/03/2026: A pizzeria with its own style, a must-visit in Copparo. It's a very dated place, more of a takeout pizzeria with a few tables. Good, well-made pizzas, with regular-sized crusts. A family atmosphere.

19/07/2025: Il "Cavalier Uliva" è un ristorante, in un casale della campagna ferrarese, ampio e ben arredato. La caratteristica del locale sono gli assaggi dei primi piatti e proprio qui nasce il problema. Gli assaggi previsti sono fino
ad 8, quindi i primi potranno essere anche di più, ma non sono riportati dal menu, che viene "recitato" dalla cameriera. Si ascoltano tutti, naturalmente ci si è scordati dei primi, si chiede se può ripeterli, vengono di nuovo rapidamente raccontati forse tralasciandone alcuni, quindi si fa la scelta in base al poco rimasto memorizzato, anche perché i piatti sono di regola elaborati, con più ingredienti che vengono così confusi. Ovviamente non si parla di allergeni, riportati fin dall'ultima pizzeria.
Il vino è previsto in bottiglia o al calice. Se per la bottiglia si fa riferimento alla carta dei vini, che però deve essere richiesta, per il calice la domanda è: bianco o rosso, fermo o frizzante ? Quindi cosa si beve ?
Tutto questo non è accettabile, in un ristorante che vuole distinguersi per varietà e qualità. I piatti in se potrebbero anche essere gradevoli, nel nostro caso invece, diciamo per poca meditazione sul menu ( ! ), abbiamo trovato cappelletti, sicuramente non all'altezza della tradizione ferrarese e "casonsei", forse decenti ma affogati in un formaggio affumicato il cui forte sapore copre ogni cosa. Il giudizio è quindi necessariamente negativo e potremo ritornare solo quando la dichiarata "politica interna" di presentazione verrà modificata.
11/06/2025: Location all’antica ma molta bella.
Abbiamo preso i primi, molto molto buoni tutti, complimenti, per il cibo ci torneremo sicuramente.
4 stelle e non 5 solo per un’uscita a mio parere maleducata di una cameriera senza nessun motivo, ha risposto in malo modo alla sola richiesta di ripetere i primi nell’ordinazione.
A parte questo tutti gli altri commensali super disponibili.

08/06/2025: Pranzo in famiglia rilassante e piacevole. L'ambiente è elegante, pulito e di classe. La cucina, con preparazioni dedicate anche al senza glutine, è di qualità con sapori eccellenti.
Il servizio cordialissimo, attento e mai invadente. Una vera coccola.
Una piacevole scoperta.
10/05/2025: Tutto molto buono mangiati udon e anatra favolosi! La signora Mai è la padrona di casa attenta a consigliare i piatti e ad accogliere con un sorriso tutti.
