24/07/2023: Cinquant'anni fa a Bologna c'erano 43 macellerie equine. Oggi ne rimangono solo cinque e questa è la migliore. Da sempre quando desidero mangiare cane rossa mi fermo qui perché ritengo i cavalli più sani e meglio alimentati dei bovini, anche perché la carne rossa mi piace cruda e del bovino crudo non mi fido. Qui la carne è veramente sublime, di gran lunga migliore che quella delle altre macellerie equine. I prezzi sono alti, ma i prodotti venduti sono di prima qualità. Si tratta di una macelleria con anche sfiziose cose già pronte ma non la definirei esattamente una gastronomia.

18/10/2025: The aperitifs are good and the desserts are superb. The only problem is the location near a gas station, but that's largely a minor detail. It deserves better. Update: I went for a quick lunch, and I've already gone. There's a long line and no seats available. Too much, too crowded, what a shame.
