Mi sono seduto dentro con un po di amici, però personale al banco completamente scortese e incompetente, in più il cameriere è come se non esistesse dal momento che gli abbiamo fatto un ordine e ci ha detto di fare la fila al bar, non ci tornerò mai piu, ve lo sconsiglio.

I go to collect the cake, the girl (curly with a ponytail, mulatto) with an arrogant and snooty tone tells me that the cake doesn't exist under that name, I reiterate that the cake has been booked with the name I had already mentioned, she continues to say that it isn't there, if I want there is the one in the window. So I find myself Accepting because I wanted to have it that way for the evening, I go to the checkout, and it tells me the price is €25, the size is the small one (I had seen all the sizes that were available when I chose it and therefore I know very well the difference between the various sizes). I say that the price was 16, and that if he wanted he could ask his colleague who I had spoken to (and he had written everything on a piece of paper). always in an arrogant tone she replies no and that she is there and to rely on her and that if I wanted I could change her. In the end, completely pissed off, I take it anyway (I'm not the daughter of €9 more) because if I order a cake one way I would like to collect it as I say and not change it at the last minute due to a mistake that isn't mine. I expected at least that the price would be kept at 16 given the situation. Also because at the end of it all I got a small cake with the price of a larger size, so I got screwed twice. What I absolutely did not appreciate, regardless of the cake, was the attitude of the girl, who, instead of apologizing and responding in a kind manner, approached in an arrogant and presumptuous manner even though the mistake was theirs. I recommend reviewing your attitude towards the customer and knowing how to apologize appropriately when, as in this case, the mistake was solely and exclusively theirs.

01/08/2024: They very kindly let me sit outside (to work on the PC) without asking me if I wanted to eat anything. But the heat made itself felt: I preferred an iced coffee. The order caused initial uncertainty in the young barista, but the father's assistance allowed him to serve me a tasty shaken coffee in a nice cocktail glass. Excellent!

11/08/2024: Abbiamo saputo da amici di questo posto e siamo arrivati ottimisti. Lo spettacolo era notevole: una gran quantità di quadrati di pizza con decine di gusti e farciture. La sorpresa negativa è stato il prezzo , ogni pezzo da 3 a 3,50 euro. Abbiamo acquistato 12 pezzi per 39 euro. Mi è sembrato troppo elevato. Il gusto buono, la pasta soffice ma i bordi troppo secchi. Alcune farciture così così ad es. le patatine. Le misure dei quadretti non grandi, circa 10x10. Il rapporto qualità prezzo dovrebbe essere più favorevole. Stando così le cose non credo ritornerò.

10/10/2024: The best Service we have ever received in any hotel. The price/quality ratio is suberb. We stayed for many more days than we planned due to how helpful the staff was in finding us things to do around Cervia and nearby. Will come again, for sure.
