25/05/2025: They advertise on social media a spritz for €3.50 but they charge €6, without bringing any type of cutting board/appetizer. They didn't provide any menu and when we asked, only after we had paid, they specified "wrong advertising"

10/05/2025: Indecent. Starting from the wrapping: poorly made, with too little paper, it cannot be closed. Even the quality of the paper itself, poor, bakery-like. And what about the plastic tray that serves as the base for the tart? Never seen it in a pastry shop worthy of the name. Coming to the tart itself: normal, nothing special. Jam super pumped with sugar (bad). Overall it seems more like a bakery than a pastry shop to me. The internal tables: thrown there, for no reason, such that the shop assistant apologizes to you every time she has to pass by. I have an idea that they have changed management. I would say that “Sicilian cannoli specialty” that stands out on the card says it all.

03/06/2025: I go in and the girl with the cell phone in her hand barely says hello, I take a snack that was on sale for 1 euro, I get to the cash register to pay and she tells me 1.20, I tell her that there is another price on display, she comes out of the counter annoyed, sees that it says 1 euro, with an excuse tells me that she has to move everything and renew the prices. I tell her that in theory I should pay the price on display. At which point she gets upset, comes in and out of the kitchen saying "look at these people". To avoid arguments I pay 1.20. Still upset she throws the receipt rudely on the balcony, while I leave I still hear the same phrase what people. People make you keep a bar open or make you close it, be careful how you treat people because then you won't work anymore

10/05/2025: We booked an aperitif buffet for a wedding, excellent service, very well organised, we didn't have to ask for anything, there was everything alcoholic and non-alcoholic, a variety of food, well stocked for all tastes I highly recommend it

21/06/2025: Nice place, good food the only shame is the bartenders, they ignored me the whole time while I was waiting to order, the food is very good shame about the price and in addition I asked for a soft drink and they gave me an alcoholic drink even though I can't drink alcohol, then I waited a long time to ask for a product even though the bartenders looked at me, ignored me and did other things, then after a long time they gave me the product I had requested, they are quite ignorant.

14/06/2025: We were here on a Saturday afternoon. I had trouble reading the menu, even though I was very close. The flavors are in fact displayed in a window placed high up and not very visible. The place is in my opinion very disorganized, the people who work there were hasty and superficial in serving us. One of them while preparing my order suddenly left. Leaving me there. I had to ask another colleague to finish my order. The ice cream was very sugary, I took the white chocolate and it actually looked like a cremino. Prices above average and the outside environment was not very well cared for (many tables were dirty and messy). Positive note the automatic cash register present there.

02/04/2025: I leave one star because for the second evening in a row I arrive at 9.08pm and the ice cream shop closes early. If you can, at least change the shop opening hours so people save themselves from empty trips...

31/03/2025: It's one of my favorite ice cream shops in Forlì, it's a shame they don't also have fruit and venini ice creams on display and congratulations to the counter clerk who yesterday found herself alone with at least 25 people in line, even though it would be better to have an employee at the checkout.

14/02/2025: I ordered on Just it because I found delivery in Lugo but they canceled the order. Terrible service, I don't see the point in being able to do it on the app and cancel an hour and a half after delivery. Already during the lockdown they made fuss to reach a certain amount... it's not the way to work. NEVER AGAIN

18/07/2025: Una cameriera che nemmeno sa cosa un caffè schiuma a cui lo chiede e ti risponde caldo o fresco se è schiuma può mai essere freddo si presenta con un caffè con il latte lavato e la schiuma sopra che sembrava la schiuma dello svelto quando lavi i piatti pieno di bolle e poi si presentano con un prezzo da 1.50 euro non è mestiere vostro faceva veramente schifo volete vendere un caffè ad un certo prezzo ma perlomeno mettete persone competenti evitatelo cameriere e barista incapace e prezzi eccessivi per quello che viene dato

24/06/2025: It's only been 3 years since we were here last, but everything has changed beyond recognition. Some kind of unfriendly atmosphere. First they bring you a drink, and then you have to go to the cashier to pay. Reminds me of a canteen. The drinks are not as beautifully served as before. Having barely finished our Sangria, we paid and decided not to come here again. Although the place is well located. But as it turned out later, the cocktails, although not much, are more expensive than in other places.

18/06/2025: I had booked online for 6 (4 adults and two girls aged 7 and 1), but as soon as we entered, in addition to the gloomy and disturbing room, we were told "Ah but the app is exactly the thing we don't even look at". Despite the rude response, they made us sit down and in a rude way the rude waitress and in a sketchy Italian, gave us (almost threw) the menus, replying rudely to our request for cutlery and glasses that were only for four at a table of eight, but whatever. We tried to order and there too the "waitress of the year" answered reluctantly and approximately. First the bresaola with parmesan flakes and rocket arrived: inedible because it was thick and hard, then the tagliatelle brought by a lady from the kitchen, with her hair loose and an unkempt appearance (I won't go into details because it's better). The tagliatelle were edible, but then the grilled chicken breast arrived with vegetables with a hair inside (see photo). Disgusting!! Obviously when we asked to change the dish the waitress looked at us with a disgusted and annoyed expression. The fried polenta with vegetables was edible. In short: a nightmare. Absolutely not recommended! In fact, I would also tell these gentlemen to change their profession because this is just not for them! NEVER AGAIN!

18/06/2025: We were there yesterday. An experience not to be repeated. My sister had booked for 6 through the booking service offered by the app. As soon as we arrived we said the name of the reservation and a rather annoyed gentleman replied that (I quote) the app is the only thing they don't look at. They made us sit down, and the lady at the tables very rudely responded to me in an arrogant manner when I kindly asked her for an extra place setting. I won't even tell you the explanation of the menus, as well as the taking of the order. Always huffing and addressing us in a clearly annoyed manner (evidently we disturbed her by going to eat there). I ordered a plate of bresaola... unpleasant taste. The tagliatelle with ragù for the girls were decent; the polenta was good. But as far as the welcome and service are concerned, they absolutely need to be reviewed. I've been in the business for years and if I allowed myself to address customers like that I would risk my job. I don't recommend

15/06/2025: The pizza is good but it is not possible that every time you order pizza at home it arrives half an hour or an hour late. It would be better if they said right away what time they can actually deliver it, this is not acceptable also because it happened not once or twice but repeatedly. I will not order here again

11/04/2025: Cena con coppia di amici sabato sera ; ricordavo in passato di aver mangiato bene ,buon peace ma questa volta mi ha 'ci ha davvero deluso ,pasta cavatelli quasi crudi e pesce surgelato unico piatto buono il tonno scottato .mi spiace perché davvero la qualità si i e abbassata molto .e un locale piacevole ,buono il servizio .spero si riprendano.

15/12/2024: Cena con il mio fidanzato, antipasto di cruditè tutto bene, misto gratinato un po’ meno… Arrivati i primi iniziano i problemi: scialatielli allo scoglio fatti con sugo di pesce palesemente surgelato, che ovviamente non sapeva di pesce, per non parlare della pasta “fatta a mano”. I miei cavatelli alle vongole una tristezza, sconditi, crudi con un paio di vongole buttate sopra a caso, sapevano solo di prezzemolo.

11/05/2025: Excellent experience. Nice place and in an excellent location. Friendly and very welcoming staff, we had a great time. The dishes are all homemade and you can feel the quality. The dishes we tried were all delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10/07/2025: Breakfast this morning. The cappuccino is 👌 But the croissant is definitely not, fake-filled. For my taste, even too "buttery", absolutely a no-go.

24/06/2025: If it were possible I would give less than 1 star. I took a salty brioche yesterday. It was dry, hard, old! A shameful thing! There were two ladies sitting at a table near me who had also taken something salty and were disgusted like me by what they were eating.
