13/07/2025: After a few years, I'm forced to change my positive review to a very negative one. The atmosphere is very sad and gloomy. Almost all the staff, including the managers, are not very friendly and professional towards customers, and the service is never...never, I'd say, on par with other stores. I'm sorry, but I won't go there again.

12/07/2025: Excellent food, but the staff is lazy, rude, and arrogant. They don't even smile accidentally, but simply asking for a teaspoon or a straw is enough to incur the ire of the counter staff. The staff present makes you never want to return.

27/06/2025: I am shocked. The quality of the fish is definitely not the best but especially in the raw fish like tartare or carpaccio it is completely covered by the sauce that was watery (I don't know what it tastes like) that really seemed almost like detergent. Apart from a few dishes that could be saved, the rest was mediocre, you could only taste the sauce like the pink one with ketchup and mayonnaise that I can say has nothing to do with sushi, but it was one of the few used. I took various dishes with shrimp because I don't eat meat, and even in the ravioli there was no possibility without it, and the shrimp were not cleaned well, since there was the intestine (black thread) not cleaned and in a seafood restaurant it is the least to remove it. Then in the salmon tartare I found a piece of plastic. The waitress said it was fish glue, which is not true for me, but even if it were there shouldn't be any piece since it normally melts. When we pointed out these problems to the waitress, she didn't even apologize and the only thing she asked us was if we wanted to continue eating. we still had various things and still had to pay, we finished lunch with great difficulty, and at the cashier we did not get any discount or simply an apology for the inconvenience. Highly not recommended: an experience not to be repeated unless you want to find yourself with indigestion.

05/04/2025: We received an incomplete pizza, the "Delicata" without flakes and without rocket. When we called the restaurant, they told us that they didn't want another pizza and that at most they would bring us rocket and flakes, and so it was. In the meantime the pizza has become frozen. It looks like a candid camera but it's not 😂

14/05/2025: Unfortunately I have to give one star, because ZERO is not possible!! They gave me a room with no windows, just a high skylight, with curtains to darken, without the possibility of opening them! Like a cell! The cleaning in the rooms is non-existent, the furniture is old and in poor condition, the bathroom smells of old and mold. The food in the restaurant is terrible, and the service is even worse! Rude staff! I asked for milk for breakfast to add to the coffee, I was told: "you can put it on yourself!" I couldn't wait to get out and escape from this hell, I don't know how a structure like this can be open! Never set foot in there, I recommend it!

28/04/2025: Valida pizzeria nei pressi della stazione di Forlì. La location è carina, il servizio è rapido e il personale è stato cordiale, il menù è piuttosto ampio e anche creativo. Il risultato finale è un ottima pizza. Conto giusto

16/03/2025: Eravamo clienti fissi se non per un episodio disgustoso. Capisco che si parli di un sabato sera e ci posso essere tanti errori ma trovare un INSETTO nella propria pizza non può e Non deve succedere. La signorina che ci ha servito ne ha fatta fare subito un'altra e mi stupisce il fatto che non ne era neanche sorpresa.

11/06/2025: Location curata, luce soffusa . Personale professionale. Abbiamo mangiato due crudi (per la quantità secondo me un prezzo troppo alto) poi abbiamo ordinato un antipasto fuori menù (buono) . Due secondi gamberoni alla griglia e misto gratinato complessivamente discreti. Come fine pasto abbiamo chiesto due ostriche a testa (ci capita spesso di chiederle come fine pasto) ma in questa occasione non ci sono piaciute .

11/06/2025: Ho trascorso una giornata in questo bagno a inizio giugno, portato da amici a cui piace molto. Effettivamente l’ambiente è molto curato e la cucina squisita. Sorprendente anche il caffè a 1 eur. Ho trovato però esagerato il costo. Abbiamo pagato 70 EUR per 1 ombrellone e 2 lettini (50 EUR) + 2 lettini aggiuntivi (20 EUR) nella stessa area recintata un po’ stile zoo. A questo abbiamo aggiunto altri 30 eur circa a testa per una consumazione all’ombrellone: il bagno non offre una ristorazione rapida ma solo un servizio ristorante all’ombrellone che obbliga a pietanze attorno ai 20-25 eur più coperto (5 eur a test) e bevande. I piatti - pinzimonio, pasta alle vongole e seppie al forno - erano squisiti ma con dosi insoddisfacenti per quel prezzo: 26 EUR per una porzione di seppie al forno ma davvero risicate. Tariffa di inizio giugno e con panorama tipico ravennate sugli impianti di perforazione antistanti.

23/11/2024: I had lunch with a scant dish of 7 pumpkin tortelli, without flavor and the sauce was almost non-existent/dry, that is, the tomato was not even visible. The price is €9 with a bottle of water. It's better to focus on quality and charge a little more, I would have appreciated it more.

08/04/2025: Premetto che siamo clienti affezionati da anni pressocchè da quando ha aperto il locale, ammirando tutte le evoluzioni sia sotto l'aspetto cucina che location. FINITA LA PREMESSA. Scrivo questa recensione per far capire al gestore che c'è qualcosa che non va!! 1°- E' già la terza o quarta volta che mi ritrovo andare a pagare il conto e c'è sempre una discrepanza: "quant'è il conto? €60 poi mi fa lo scontrino di €59,50. non sono i 50 centesimi che mi fanno diventare ricchi ma altre volte parliamo di 2/3 euro. 2° La qualità del cibo, (quando lo fanno loro) è buona, ma se ordinate i fritti bisogna stare attenti perche "è cibo surgelato con pastella che non si sa da dove viene", tutto questo lo scopri quando vai a digerire , io sono stato malissimo e tornavano su i fritti. Quindi alla luce di tutto IO NON CI TORNO PIU'.

07/03/2025: Sono andato la sera di San Valentino con mia moglie per festeggiare essendoci già andato altre volte e essendomi trovato sempre bene. Solo dopo ho scoperto che avevano cambiato gestione. Dopo una attesa abbastanza lunga per ordinare abbiamo fatto la prenotazione. Siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi del mangiare. Io ho preso un risotto con aggiunta di tartufo ( che in realtà era scorzone). Il cameriere mi ha detto la quantità che avrebbe messo ma non il costo aggiunto. Il risotto è arrivato appena tiepido ed il tartufo era insapore. Penso che non tornerò più.

30/01/2025: Sono andata ieri a mangiare da Altro, il mio collega ha preso piatto business e io solo un contorno e un the. Lui paga 12 euro, io 15 euro. Li per li non ci facciamo caso poi ci ripensiamo: come è possibile che io abbia pagato più del collega? Allora guardiamo il mio scontrino: Contorno 7 euro The caldo 4 euro ( anche su questo avrei da ridire …) Caffè decaffeinato 1.40 euro Caffè decaffeinato 1.40 euro Caffè decaffeinato 1.20 euro ( un caffè decaffeinato dei tre costa meno … mah) Ma…. Noi il caffè non l’abbiamo bevuto… e comunque semmai dovevano essere 2 e non 3. Allora torniamo da Altro: la persona che ci ha fatto lo scontrino non si presenta, c’è un collega il quale va dal collega a chiedere spiegazioni: torna e ci dice che gli è stato riferito che l’addebito dei 3 caffè in realtà si tratta del coperto quindi in due 4 euro. Allora: anche qui c’è qualcosa che non va: non è indicato da nessuna parte l’addebito del coperto, potete controllare sul loro sito. Inoltre la conferma è data dal fatto che per addebitare il coperto questo bravo oste ci ha addebitato 3 caffè … senza pensare magari di dircelo … In ogni caso noi avevamo chiesto conti separati e invece il cosiddetto ‘coperto’ è stato interamente addebitato a me … senza dirlo naturalmente… Come interpretare questo comportamento? Non avevano nessuno a pranzo, solo noi due e due anziane signore … forse si sarà detto … ma questa pensa di mangiare solo un contorno??? No, adesso le alzo io lo scontrino… finale: non ci hanno dato indietro i 4 euro e per questo motivo ho ritenuto opportuno scrivere la recensione.

18/03/2025: Sono tornato dopo 2 giorni per capire meglio. Una volta spiegato che, nonostante la ricevuta fosse stata fatta a chi pagò (non a me, infatti pensavo fosse stata omessa....) avevo riscontrato comunque un errore. La disponibilità di Charlie mi ha stupito tanto che mi ha invitato a pranzare come suo ospite. Ho accettato e non volendo approfittare dell'ospitalità (nonostante mi avesse mostrato vari piatti da scegliere) ho optato perlinguine allo scoglio e acqua minerale. Mi è tornato con un piatto da 2 portate (dice che avendo scelto solo una portata d'abitudine aumenta la quantità) scardinando la mia intenzione di mettermi a dieta. Durante l'attesa mi ha portato un piatto di peperoni arrosto ottimi e, una volta terminato il piatto, dopo il caffè mi ha offerto la Sambuca (Molinari) lasciandomi al tavolo l'intera bottiglia. I prezzi sono contenuti ma il menu di mezzogiorno è ulteriormente allettante con un rapporto qualità/prezzo vincente. Charlie è sempre sorridente e ha un atteggiamento molto accogliente. Tornerò coi rinforzi.
