06/05/2025: What delicious pizza and what a great location) if you are going to or from Bologna airport on foot, you should definitely eat here! The prices are very reasonable, any pizza is around 10 euros plus/minus. They cook very quickly in the oven. The pizza itself is simply huge, my wife and I ate one between us and were full all evening, right up to our flight.

15/03/2025: The quality of the food is truly one of the worst I have ever tried in a canteen. The boiled vegetables are repeated, always the same, for several consecutive days. They taste rotten and when you tell them politely they don't even take them out of the container. In general, little cleanliness, little attention to the portions because for the first courses they are too abundant while for the second courses the portion borders on sufficiency.

The place is huge and the structure a bit confusing but from the beginning, when I asked for support from the employees, they explained to me all the dynamics and what I had to do with great kindness. Fantastic service, cheerful staff and willing to offer assistance, both at the cash registers and at the counters. The food is of very good quality, as a canteen that it is, and the portions are beastly. The quantity-quality-price ratio is very balanced and I also feel like I came out on top, taking into account the very difficult situation we find ourselves in with restaurants in Bologna (poor quality food and very expensive!). I would definitely go back and I would prefer it to the other canteens I have visited so far. Thanks again for the good service.

14/12/2024: Tempo fa avevo scritto una recensione negativa, soprattutto legata alla gestione del servizio ( tempi, modi ecc ) e alla qualità della pizza Sono tornato ( con alcune perplessità ) e ho trovato una ritrovata organizzazione e ho mangiato una buona pizza, con personale di sala gentile e carino Mi pareva corretto scriverlo.

24/05/2025: Purtroppo un'esperienza davvero deludente. Ho ordinato un pain au chocolat con molte aspettative alla luce delle ottime recensioni del locale e invece era immangiabile! Gelido, sembrava appena uscito dal frigorifero, non dal forno. Invece di sciogliersi in bocca, era duro e mi ha lasciato un pessimo sapore in bocca pur avendone assaggiato solo un morso.Mi aspettavo qualcosa di fragrante e goloso, e invece è stato una delusione totale. Sinceramente, un bar che serve un prodotto del genere mostra poca cura per la qualità e zero attenzione al cliente. Non tornerò.

I piatti sono spesso preparati in modo tradizionale, con una predilezione per cotture semplici che esaltano il sapore del mare. Non aspettarti chissà quali sperimentazioni o impiattamenti d'arte, ma piuttosto porzioni oneste e sapori genuini. La frittura, se la provi, di solito è ben fatta e leggera.

26/12/2024: a terrible experience. we had booked for 5 nights but after the 1st night we left in a hurry the next morning. the room was smaller than my bathroom at home. incredibly cold the heating didn't work. the TV didn't work. in the bathroom a crazy and unbearable stench of sewer. cockroach on the floor. opening the balcony I found a pair of used socks in front of the door. the arrogant staff... the worst breakfast I have ever seen. and finally even after I pointed out all this... I had to pay the full amount 70.-Euro I don't recommend you go there.

21/04/2025: cibo buono uno problemi tempi lunghi anzi biblici 45min dopo un'antipasyo con 2 pezzi di gnocco fritto e crudo x avere i primi ordinati oltre 60minuti prima. Questo mi spiace si chiama mal gestione dei tempi o forse troppi coperti per il numero del personale in servizio in cucina MI SA CHE NON VERRO PIU E NON SO SE LO CONSIGLIERO' Mi spiace ma bisogna essere consapevoli che il cliente ha sempre ragione e in questi casi ancora di più.....NON LO SI PUO NENACHE CONTRADDIRE,MA CHIEDERE UMILMENTE SCUSA DELL'ACCADUTO è non si ripeterà

18/01/2025: Una volta all’anno quando ho l’occasione, mangiamo in questo tipico locale di cucina emiliana. Il locale è tranquillo con staff gentile e cordiale. Cibo molto buono e di ottima qualità. Il ristorante si trova a Serramazzoni nella frazione di San Dalmazio. Per chi è di passaggio da quelle parti e volete mangiare tradizionale consiglio questo ristorante!

20/01/2025: Una sera ho deciso di andare in questo ristorante con un'amica conosciuta in vacanza, l'ordinazione è stata fatta online tramite l'app, cibo ottimo, costi un po' elevati, buona atmosfera. Abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza a causa di un membro dello staff, un cuoco, ci era arrivato un biglietto a tavola sotto un piatto con un nome di Instagram e abbiamo cercato la persona, ci è apparsa la foto di un ragazzo giovane e la mia amica era convinta di avere qualche interessato nel ristorante, a me in quel momento sorge un forte dubbio e questo dubbio si tramuta in realtà quando al nostro tavolo appare un'uomo sui 37 anni di origini straniere che ci chiedeva dove andavamo dopo la cena e dove abitavamo, in un'italiano molto abbozzato che ci ha lasciato un po' di momenti di riflessione per farci comprendere le parole, io e la ragazza quel giorno eravamo ancora minorenni, io 17 e lei 14-15 anni. Siamo andate in bagno per cercare rifugio e capire cosa fare, ma ovviamente ha aperto la porta e tirato dentro la testa per chiederci se avevamo un ragazzo, un'esperienza inquietante, abbiamo mangiato due piatti e siamo andate via di corsa al buio, spero che sia stato rimosso dal locale perché di certo il resto meritava.

Again very friendly and accommodating, the pizzas perfect, the ice cream also excellent. Price first class 4 people, all full to the brim with pizza, ice cream and drinks 45 euros and worth every euro! We'll definitely be back next year 👌
