I have been coming to this historic pastry shop for half a century, in my opinion the absolute best in the city and beyond, divine cream cannoli, etc... There is "only" one negative note: the women who work there are there for too long and they are always "badly pissed off" and even ignorant I would say. Bon appetit anyway. Roberto.

For the people of Bologna it is the unmissable pastry shop, the savory panettone is unrivaled, the pastries and desserts are excellent, near the holidays it is better to book. Friendly and helpful staff.

The pastries are always good, but the price list adjustments strategically made before the Christmas holidays make everything much more bitter. The prices have truly become legalized theft. Everything is fine, but charging 10 euros for a 250g slice of cream and black cherry tart is like prison. Of course I left it there.

MONTEBIANCO DA DIMENTICARE, TENERINA OTTIMA. Viene spacciato per Montebianco una meringata ricoperta di panna, con qualche pezzo di marron glacé decorativo: neanche un briciolo di castagna all'interno!

Emporio Armani Caffe e Ristorante

24/11/2023: Pranzo di lavoro con antipasti (vorrei segnalare il puré di patate con calamari e tartufo nero) e poi bis di tagliatelle e risotto al tartufo bianco: davvero top! Sottolineo poi la riservatezza e la privacy del ristorante, con tavoli ben distanziati e molto silenzio. Servizio d’eccellenza!
05/11/2023: Ristorante di buon livello nella centrale ed elegante galleria Cavour di Bologna. Il posto è di qualità, ma il giovane personale, oltre ad essere educato e cortese, dovrebbe essere meno asettico e coinvolgere con più calore i clienti. Non siamo stati male, ma un locale del genere dovrebbe suscitare anche delle emozioni positive, cosa che per quanto mi riguarda, non è avvenuta.
