02/05/2025: We were passing through celebrating A stag/hen party, me and the bride.. obviously the bride had different decorations, but quite sober compared to the usual ones you see around, after an initial attempt at requesting to use the bathroom... we returned due to a strong need for the same reason, but this time grateful for the consummation... I am a bartender at the counter in my 30s, as soon as he sees us again he addresses us in the wrong way, telling us "another time, let's try again" At first I don't answer so as not to create further inconvenience, already created by the Man bar previously.. then before going out I indicated to the bartender, who could have addressed me in better ways at a later time, also being grateful for the work and commitment.. begins another discussion with no end in sight, WHEN THE BARTENDER BEGINS TO INDICATE TO US THAT HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT ADVICE FROM US, SINCE THE PROBLEM WAS US MAKING US FEEL OUT OF PLACE ABOUT OUR CLOTHING.. I repeat, I've seen worse, single peak decoration with member, a bundle with hen party written on it and the veil.. we felt quite discouraged by this bad experience which characterized our day in a negative way.

10/04/2025: Second takeaway experience and in both cases I found it very good, with a good dough and excellent raw materials, top prices! I will definitely go back

30/06/2025: Strategic location, but car park in another hotel, where we also had breakfast, not in the same one where we slept, I hope it's a temporary mix-up, very old rooms and without fridge and water, it needs a little renovation.

08/05/2025: I remember an experience in the summer of 2019, it was managed by an Eastern national with whom I argued.. I was only there for work.. I have never seen such rudeness towards the customer, I held back. In that case only because it was work. I hope the situation has changed now

27/04/2025: Guys, six mixed mini puff pastries, I just tasted the pistachio ones... old dough and there was a gram of pistachio nutella inside so as not to tell you how much I spent crazy prices. Are we kidding?!

14/06/2025: Rude owners, mediocre cuisine, sad hamburger. The next day we went to bathroom 159 and divine cuisine and owners typical of Romagna hospitality. Terrible experience, we won't be back.

25/05/2025: The owner and the staff were very kind and helpful. The whole place was very clean. The rooms were a bit dated but it is a hotel mainly for teams of workers.

09/05/2025: I entered with a smile and unfortunately I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. The staff was unwelcoming and not at all helpful. I was simply taking two sachets of sugar when the lady at the counter looked me up and down and responded rudely. It was not an isolated case....I also noticed the same attitude towards other people, both before and after me. It's a real shame, because the bar is in a convenient location, but with a welcome like that it really makes you want to go back. I highly recommend reviewing the way you treat customers.

09/05/2025: Infinite rudeness on the part of the elderly lady. I do not recommend this bar to anyone, waste of time and money, unbearable behavior! The customer is the one who keeps the business going, even if he is treated in an unpleasant way then we are fine...

23/04/2025: Large and well-stocked bar inside the shopping centre. Good coffee, it's always crowded on weekends.

28/06/2025: Pay or get out of here, it turns out that in Rimini there is no opportunity to relax by the water. We were kicked out despite the fact that we were in the free 5-meter zone by the water. Italy is not a tourist-friendly country.

25/05/2025: Perfect place to stop and have a cornetto, cappuccino or caffè. Amazing speciality coffee. One can feel that owner loves what he does 🤩

03/05/2025: I have been going there for over 1 year and have never been treated badly. For me, the pastas are delicious and of high quality. Anyone who claims that you spend so much evidently has no idea how much certain ingredients cost and how long it takes to prepare them, so it would be better to head 50m away and spend 3.50 euros to have a semi-industrial pasta and an espresso coffee made with questionable blends...alternatively Lavazza and Fiesta coffees are always a good option. Furthermore, a little bit of empathy towards those who work hard to offer an excellent quality treat would be appreciated, but instead I have often seen many opinionated people (including families with children who should be kept in their place) who would do polite people a favor by staying at home.

28/04/2025: I come in at 8.30 in the morning "already been before", bad smell, I ask for a latte, the gentleman answers me in a state of confusion; if you want I can do it for you? Shocked, I leave and never ever again! Out of all grace of God!

25/04/2025: We went for a drink after a long trip. It wasn't what we expected. Especially for the attention. A staff unwilling to understand foreigners, unfriendly and as if it were difficult to serve us. I ordered a very hot latte macchiato and they served it lukewarm, I had to ask for it to be heated and they put it in the microwave... Very little good will.
