A very small place, but it's a classic example of making a virtue of necessity. There's also a certain taste in putting things together. The only downside is that I'm only judging the bar service because I used it, which in Pilasto, a place with no parking, table service, etc., is a lot for a pasta and a coffee. The pasta was very hard, but the cream was excellent and made to perfection. The coffee... could be greatly improved. So much technology goes into making coffee that's a poor substitute for the eye and hand of the barista. I'll be back to try other products out of curiosity, given the quality of the cream.
