01/02/2025: Disappointing experience in the historic center. In front of the Estense Castle one would expect a standard that lives up to the name. The staff seems to work more out of obligation than passion, little attention and even less desire to welcome the customer with a smile, at least this is what happened to us! The products? Below average for a place that should represent Ferrara and its gastronomic excellence. The sandwich reached the top: a slice of ham so dry that it seems seasoned on one side and therefore crunchy to the right degree! 😂 A shame, because the location deserves much more.

10/01/2025: Excellent restaurant for a dinner/lunch with friends! Medium-low prices, very tasty dishes with generous portions, excellent pizza, kind and helpful service. The gluten-free offers are varied and the cuisine is AIC certified. I absolutely recommend, I will be back!

01/09/2024: Unfortunately closed permanently since Christmas. I made a thousand reports to Google, but all of them were rejected. They were to indicate that the place is closed, but nothing could be done. For Google it is open. I live here and I know that it has closed forever, unfortunately. They fired all the staff.

28/12/2024: Posto trovato al volo tornando da un impegno lavorativo entrata molto bella posto che dire iconico parcheggio comodissimo temperatura piacevole ci accomodiamo al tavolo e devo dire menu molto pratico e della zona ha spiccato la carne fatta davvero bene prezzo onesto ( cani ammessi )

27/09/2024: Wat een fijn restaurant We waren 2 dagen in dit hotel. Helaas was zwembad al dicht. Ook hebben ze geen lift. Wel kamers op 3 hoog! Ontbijt was heerlijk met veel zelfgebakken taart. En gebakken ei moet je aanvragen. Maar diner is echt goed. Heerlijke voorgerechten en goede hoofdgerechten Vooral bediening super vriendelijk. Ook bij de balie. Slaapkamers zijn beetje gewoontjes. Straalt niet veel uit.

25/12/2024: Sono stato qui diverse volte, l'ultima oggi, giorno di natale. Per la verità avevo qualche remora, visto il giorno di festa. In altri ristoranti dove in giorni normali avevo mangiato benissimo, nei giorni di festa si sono rivelati una delusione, vuoi per la troppa affluenza, vuoi per la non buona qualità dei prodotti/preparazione. Oggi invece sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Nonostante la sala piena, sia la qualità che la preparazione sono stati all'altezza delle altre volte. Se aggiungiamo la cortesia e la qualità del servizio abbiamo l'eccellenza! Il prezzo, poi, è stato assolutamente all'altezza, considerato che ci hanno servito due antipasti, due primi, due secondi, 2 tipi di dolce, caffè e ammazzacaffè. Top, per me rimane un punto di riferimento.

31/07/2024: Do not make additions or changes to the pizzas Either they get it wrong, or they don't put something in anyway and you end up paying €12 for a Roman pizza plus bacon (ghost)

22/07/2024: Great little restaurant in the middle of a campsite. The pizzas are super good. The waitresses are incredibly nice and helpful. I asked for a limoncello and she brought us two small bottles of a very good limoncello. Little ambient music. I recommend it for a change of scenery.

22/01/2025: Unfortunately with the new management everything has changed, slow service, the environment is not very clean and is now frequented by a clientele....... They also allow gypsies and.... to give alms inside the bar, so it was disturbed while it is consumed

14/02/2025: I have breakfast there every time I pass by. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of variety of croissants or stuffed sandwiches. Enough truck seats.

15/01/2025: I stayed one night with my wife, shower cubicle in ruins, towels in the bathroom for only one person, lights in the room malfunctioning, absolutely not worth 100 euros.

26/12/2024: a terrible experience. we had reserved for 5 nights but after 1 night we left in a hurry the following morning. the smallest room in my bathroom at home. it was crazy cold and the heating didn't work. the TV didn't work. in the bathroom a crazy and unbearable smell of sewage. cockroach on the ground. opening the balcony I found a pair of used socks in front of the door. the arrogant staff…. the worst breakfast I have ever seen. and finally even after I pointed out all this…. I had to pay the full amount 70.-Euros I don't recommend you go there.

27/08/2024: Very nice bar in the beautiful square of Fiumalbo, excellent service, friendly staff. Perfect place for an aperitif in such a characteristic square

08/10/2024: Business dinner: two agreed fixed menus for 35 guests. Mrs. Sara in the very kind room. Unfortunately the quality of the meat and fish menu is terrible with the exception of the desserts. The meat and fish dishes did not leave the kitchen together for the tables. Service unacceptable because too slow. Over 3 hours to have dinner. Our customers didn't like it at all.
