Shall we talk about the courses organized by Pasticceria Incerti? I'm a regular now: I've attended the lessons taught by Maestro Franco, then Chiara, and recently Dario, and, I confess, I now gaze at the pastry shop windows with a competitive air. 😉 I spent hours in the lab watching eggs and sugar transform into magic, in an engaging and never-anxious talent show atmosphere. And with friendly people, which is not so common these days. I learned so much, tasted a lot, and came home with many boxes full of deliciousness. Which I reproduced with excellent results. 5 well-deserved stars.

Perfect place for a great breakfast, the products are top-quality. The cakes are equally delicious; for years now, my birthdays and those of my family have been celebrated with their cakes. And finally, the staff is truly kind and professional.

I enjoyed an excellent breakfast in an elegant indoor setting. There's a wide selection of pastries, pastries, and small dishes. I personally ordered a freshly squeezed juice, a magnificent ricotta and chocolate croissant, and a macchiato. The staff was courteous and professional. Prices were in line with the offerings.

Delicious leavened pastries for breakfast. We tried the raisin roll and a bombolone-style cake with zabaglione cream, which was truly delicious. Two cappuccinos. Total €10.20

Excellent pastries that aren't too sweet. Excellent coffee, and friendly, helpful staff. Prices are fair for the quality. We'll be back.

In my opinion, the best pastries in all of Reggio, including the small pastries. Exceptional quality and creativity. The only flaw is the service, slow and not always attentive, perhaps also due to the crowds.

I've been to Bar Pasticceria Incerti and I have to say that the quality of the products is good, but the prices seem a bit high compared to the competition. I understand that a high-end café should have corresponding prices, but there were a few details that didn't convince me. In particular, the water glasses were in really bad condition; they looked old and used. I expected more from a place that advertises itself as high-end. I think having new, high-quality glasses, cups, and saucers is an important detail to justify the high prices. I hope the café considers updating its equipment and offering a service more in line with its prices.

The best pastry shop in Reggio Emilia! From sweet to savory, their counter is always a marvel, both to look at and to eat—always fresh and made with quality ingredients. Their pastries, cream puffs, mini portions, everything, is delicious. Given the season, I also tried their hot chocolate made to order, complete with whipped cream and accompanied by biscuits: everything was truly delicious! It's always a pleasure to return, but it's a shame you're not in Modena too!
