24/01/2025: Bar without great expectations to have a coffee accompanied by a pasta. Friendly girls, it's a shame that a husband cost €4.5!! I would say it's too exaggerated, among other things the prices aren't really visible

20/01/2025: The plate of chicken slices I was served was visibly warmed up, it was reheated meat. It's absurd to charge €10 for two old, hardened slices Paying to eat reheated things doesn't seem right to me, I find it dishonest behavior.

09/01/2025: The only flaw is that it needs to be renovated and made safe. The food is great in the kitchen there is definitely a nice team. Some waiters were forgetful about the requests made. Overall a good and homely place.

10/01/2025: Trattoria caratteristica fra le colline bolognesi ad Anconella Loiano Bologna. Ristico quel tanto che serve a rivedere tempi andati , sedie un pochino scomode , ma in linea con l'arredamento. Accoglienza e servizio veramente ottime , piatti buoni e , cosa che non guasta mai , anche abbondanti . Ricco menù di pasta fresca e se sei fortunato , anche qualche piacevole ""fuori menù" di primi .! .. Secondi generalmente nella norma , nota speciale per la fiorentina , buona , cotta quanto basta e tenera . Una piccola breve segnalazione per la grigliata mista di suino , che risulta molto secca , ma carne buona .. E PER FORTUNA ESISTONO ANCORA Trattorie come questa dove i prezzi sono a portata di essere umano !!!!!!! Un breve consiglio : prenotate almeno sette/ otto gg prima , forse trovate posto.

01/01/2025: Trattoria antica sui colli tra Bologna e Loiano. Per arrivarci percorrere la stupenda fondovalle Savena da Bologna ,poi svoltare a sinistra per qualche km. salendo sui colli ,adesso un pò brulli ,comunque stupendi . Che dire il posto è rimasto bello anche se un pò tutto definito con reti e cancelletti delle case vicine alla trattoria. Struttura antica tenuta bene , molto frequentata ( sopratutto anziani ),bisogna prenotare. Personale cortese e alla mano , purtroppo avendo inserito il menù fisso nei giorni feriali , À la carte ne subisce le conseguenze : tagliatelle scotte e un pò attaccate , difficilmente forchettabili con ragù favoloso , idem i ravioli verdi che andavano tolti un pò prima , salvo che utilizzano la tecnica della mezza cottura e alla comanda vanno sbollentate. Forse voler soddisfare molti clienti porta a questa tecnica disastrosa per le paste fatte in casa. Carne ottima, viso sfuso buonissimo , patatine fritte , come una volta fatte in casa : sottili e croccanti. Prezzo giusto.

01/12/2024: Nonostante avessimo prenotato il tavolo alle 21.45, ci hanno fatto accomodare dopo più di un'ora, alle 23. La sala era completamente piena e c'era un'evidente difficiltà nella gestione. Nel complesso, però, sono stati comunque gentili: nell'attesa del tavolo ci hanno offerto un calice di prosecco e non appena abbiamo preso posto due porzioni di patatine fritte per scusarsi dell'eccessivo ritardo. Una volta ordinate, le pizze sono arrivate in poco tempo ed erano anche buone. Sarebbe meglio tornare in una serata più tranquilla, sicuramente non un sabato sera.

25/11/2024: Tutti parlano delle pizze strepitose di Basilico, ma la pasta? Prendo spessissimo paste vegetariane da asporto, anche molto semplici con pomodoro, burrata, basilico...le porzioni sono gigantesche e la pasta sembra quella della mamma, grazie mille, bravissimi!

12/01/2025: In no particular order: innkeeper who introduces himself praising dishes with superlative portions; normal portion tagliatelle, raw pasta, hard meat sauce, salted. Cover charge 4 euros. Dessert, rice cake with more candied fruit than rice. The cashier is rude and very kindly says, I'll make a single bill, you can figure it out for yourself. I would never go back, I didn't experience the Bologna I was hoping for. Edit: as you can see from my profile, I also write reviews to give 5 to those who deserve it, and there are many. Soured? Yes, definitely from dinner. My friends and I agreed, it has a lot of (poor) imagination. On principle, if I have meat on my plate, unless it has gone bad, I finish it all, out of respect for the animal. He should perhaps take advantage of the reviews, instead of questioning them; we all took the noodles, and we all agree, I wrote on behalf of everyone. Did you want 10 1-star reviews? The pasta was raw. In short, we may not be professional tasters but at 30 we know how to judge whether fresh pasta is raw or cooked. Some parts were cooked, it's true, others crunched under your teeth, maybe the time in the water was correct but did they need to be mixed in the meantime? It was salty. The appetizers were made to order, nothing as a gift, 4 cover charge not even in high-end restaurants. Greetings.

02/01/2025: Locale tipico bolognese. Cucina ottima ad un prezzo adeguato. Nella serata il servizio non è stato eccellente ma la ragazza penso abbia pagato l’inesperienza e probabilmente il primo giorno di lavoro.

23/12/2024: Le poche cose che propongono sono buone ma il conto è troppo alto per quello che si è mangiato ci sono tanti altri locali con un menù molto più variegato dove si mangia altrettanto bene e si spende decisamente meno

21/12/2024: Shabby place, 60s, with only one waitress who looks after the whole room. It is not possible to have an invoice due to cost problems with the accountant. The service is really embarrassing, luckily the food is quite good, it's a shame that the very long wait makes you so nervous that you can't enjoy the meal. Not bad because with just one visit I make two; the first and the last! The equally embarrassing bill, 34 euros each for a first course, a second course and a half side dish.

03/02/2025: Ho assaggiato uno dei loro panini attratta dalle recensioni e non sono rimasta delusa. Ho preso la loro mattonella casereccia con la salsiccia di Parma e salsa rosa, nella sua "semplicità" era veramente squisito. Eccezionale anche il dolce! Un super grazie al cameriere per il suo consiglio, gentilissimo e molto premuroso! Da non perdere se si viene a Parma!

19/08/2024: It was possible to eat only after having almost forced the owner or someone on his behalf to cook what was listed on the menu; this is because: "it's hot and I only turn on the grill if I have at least seven sandwiches". I only stayed because it was late and the group I was with was hungry. Both the internal organization of the restaurant and the ability to communicate in a calm and constructive manner with customers need to be improved.
