04/01/2025: Hospitable and kind, we had lunch on the "terrace" and had a very good time, good food and wine, and a fair price. we recommend it!

15/08/2024: Here mom still cooks and the daughter runs the place. Absolutely friendly people and the food is great. The Verdi is hidden in the mountains but it's really worth making a detour here. Salad 🥗 is fresh and the pasta 🍝 is delicious. I was on the motorbike again 🏍️ and every now and then you find such a gem.

24/12/2024: Dirty room and bathrooms. Hurried staff and the girls who are at the cafeteria also have to do the cash without paying attention to hygiene (you can't touch the money and then touch the food) You will certainly never see me again in this service station!!!!

04/02/2025: I ordered a never ending Crispy slice of Cheddar, badly cooked bacon you can tell it was done in a hurry in fact it was disgusting. my friend didn't like the Crispy, he also arrived like mine, i.e. disgusting. First time I can't digest an MC's menu, it was 11am so not even that crowded except for the characters walking around outside and inside the MC. It was one of the worst Mc's we've been to.

08/09/2024: If you have an appetite for a perfect pizza then this pizzeria is highly recommended💯%! Very friendly and open-minded owners! The pizzeria seems inconspicuous but is actually a real treasure! If you don't need a white tablecloth and gold cutlery, but rather great taste, light dough and delicious toppings, this is the place for you. There is sure to be something for every taste. Hot, cut and with an airy shade area! We are very happy to have been here. Mille Grazie!👏👍👌😋👋 And it's a shame that we can't take you and your pizzas with us to Berlin. 😉😪

28/04/2024: Sono stata molte volte in questo ristorante ma è già da qualche mese che non esiste più! Cambiato totalmente gestione e ora si chiama Il Cottage. Ha aperto un pub birreria e cucina con anche la pizzeria. So che c’è stato qualche problema con il forno e hanno sospeso la “pizzeria” credo temporaneamente.

27/03/2024: We had dinner here to try out the new management and were very satisfied. Cozy place, polite and friendly staff, fast service. Menu with rather particular dishes, not the usual dishes you find everywhere. What we ate fully satisfied us. We will definitely be back to try their pizzas, as soon as they fix the oven!!

23/08/2024: Dogs don't enter! Quick stop in this exercise for a coffee. We are passing through, we always travel in the company of our small, polite (much more than some humans) and gentle dog. Once we crossed the threshold of the bar, we didn't even have time to say hello and look up in the room, which was a bit dark, before a lady told us "NO DOGS"! The alternative was the outside terrace (still very hot at around 6.30pm) at which several people were sitting at the tables, all intent on smoking!! We didn't stop outside because the heat and smoke weren't good for our health and that of the dog. My dear friend, keep up to date, think about the fact that dogs now also have access to hospitals. It seems to us that there could be a big difference. !! Good nothing!!

14/01/2025: Bar in the center of Montecchio, many places inside to sit and a small outdoor area with tables and chairs. Professional staff, normal cocktails, normal prices.

16/12/2024: Con un'amica siamo arrivate a Montecchio per caso, cercando un locale per fare un aperitivo "sostanzioso" con prodotti locali, abbiamo chiesto ad un passante che ci ha (fortunatamente!) consigliato La nuova lifferia. Orario di punta, erano rimasti solo un paio di tavoli liberi, ma il servizio è stato veloce e l'ambiente non era rumoroso. Abbiamo ordinato un tagliere di salumi a dir poco superlativi, erbazzone altrettanto (2 porzioni) ed una buona bottiglia di Malvasia. Conto decisamente onesto, infatti ne siamo rimaste stupite favorevolmente. L'erbazzone è stato omaggiato. Molto gradevole il personale, ci siamo intrattenute piacevolmente con il titolare Aldo, molto carini anche i due ragazzi presenti alla cassa quando ce ne siamo andate. Se passeremo di nuovo da queste parti sicuramente non manchera' un altro aperitivo/pranzo qui. Complimenti!

03/09/2024: If you are not known and want to book a large table, they will not accept you. It happened to me personally, after less than 3 minutes of making the phone reservation, they called me back and gave me the third degree. They lost 2 dinners, one for 15 people and one for 40. Well done!
