18/10/2024: The place certainly cannot be defined as stylish, but the managers are very courteous and attentive, they serve quickly and the coffee is really good!! There is almost always parking available. Good hours for those who go to work very early, or for those who finish late.

30/11/2024: I came to know about this place thanks to an "invitation to dinner with crime" event in which I participated as an actor, the place was beautiful, warm and welcoming, very nice and above all the staff and owner were very kind, unfortunately I wasn't able to taste all the dishes that I would have liked but what I ate was really excellent. Try it.

05/01/2025: Bella location, elegante e intima. Carino per l'aperitivo, molto buono per un pranzo, ottimo x la colazione. Ampia scelta di brioches di ogni genere, torte, biscotti, pancake. Staff cordiale e simpatico. Consigliato!

17/11/2024: We went to Il Nuovo Mugnaio a few months ago, but I can't forget the kindness of the staff, they were very kind to us and our daughter, giving us information (we were on a trip) and selling us bread and treats even during closing time. Delicious bread, the flavors of the past enclosed in a bite. Definitely satisfied, when we pass through Bobbio again we will certainly come back to visit you!

10/09/2024: We live outside the province, an hour's drive away, but when we want to treat ourselves to a little serenity we come to Bobbio. A trip to the Nuovo Mugnaio is never lacking, excellent products and few frills. Only kindness and helpfulness. Last year the owner managed to make my wife eat bacon that she hadn't even wanted to taste before. She converted. Last Friday we stopped by and had coppa sandwiches. What am I telling you to do? Thanks for everything and keep it up.

20/01/2025: Excellent pizza and menu in general. Quick. The place is a bit small so make a reservation if you can because it's always full, but it's worth it.

12/01/2025: Locale grazioso in pieno centro di fianco alla Rocca. Cibo buono,non entusiasmante, tagliatelle al ragù discrete,guanciale brasato con purè buono,vino della casa sufficiente. La tovaglietta di carta con tovagliolo di carta più cestino del pane richiesto più volte non meritano il costo del coperto. Prezzi in linea con il mercato. Cameriera preparata e gentilissima che,con grande imbarazzo, ha cercato di rimediare al comportamento estremamente sgradevole, direi da cafone maleducato,di un signore che non so se fosse un suo collega o il titolare. Avevamo prenotato un tavolo per due e ci hanno sistemato in un tavolino, l’unico, di 60cmx60cm. La gentile cameriera ha cercato di trovare una sistemazione più “comoda” ma lui arrogantemente ha detto che dovevamo arrivare prima.Dettogli che avevo prenotato ha arrogantemente detto,un suo modo di interloquire con i clienti evidentemente, che avrei dovuto specificare che desideravo un tavolo più spazioso. Peccato che non essendo mai andato lì non sapevo che tavoli avessero e che ne avessero uno nano. Forse dovrebbero inserire sul loro sito una planimetria e il numero e dimensione dei tavoli per i futuri clienti tra i quali non vi sarò senz’altro io. Certamente senza la presenza di questo Signore avrei assegnato un punteggio più alto ma Lui ha trascinato al minimo la valutazione.

12/01/2025: Il posto è in ottima posizione, abbiamo prenotato per le 13 e la cameriera ci ha proposto l'unico tavolino diametro 60 cm a ridosso del bancone. Quando ho fatto notare che era piccolo e scomodo, mentre lei cercava la soluzione è intervenuto lui, il collega maschio alfa, arrogante e maleducato, che prima ci dice che saremmo dovuti arrivare prima, faccio presente che abbiamo prenotato e lui dice che dovevamo specificare , ma come faccio a specificare se non ci sono mai stata? Preciso che a fianco a noi c'era una famiglia di 3, il terzo bimbo piccolo, in un tavolo da 6! Mentre la ragazza ha cercato di allietarci il pranzo lui ha continuato a porgere le cose senza garbo e senza educazione! Non ci tornerò più ! Certi personaggi dovrebbero imparare a stare al mondo! Tagliatella, guancia e vino nella norma, ed equiparato al prezzo. Il coperto 4 euro per un tavolo da aperitivo con tovaglietta di carta e il pane richiesto più volte NO

12/11/2024: Excellent restaurant in the Acquaria area, from Pavullo nel Frignano follow signs for Sestola, pass Olina and then go back up. It's worth it. Excellent tortelloni and macaroni al comb with pigeon sauce. The tartare appetizers were good. Gnocco and tigelle are also good. Very fair prices, worth trying

24/12/2024: All very good.. very kind girls.. the only discordant note is the gentleman who makes the coffee... he seems angry with the world.. change it, the desire to have a coffee goes away
