15/07/2025: It's become our go-to pizzeria! It's the best pizza I've ever eaten, super digestible and tasty. I usually never eat the crust, but now I don't even leave crumbs. The owner is incredibly kind, always welcoming you with a smile. Super!

06/09/2025: We spent a week in Rimini with a group of friends. On the advice of a friend, we booked a dinner. We were greeted rudely. The waiter, a thin, older man wearing a camouflage hat and glasses, treated us really badly. He came to take our order, first asking for drinks. We told him we were ready for pizzas too. His response was, "I'll tell you right away. You'll have to wait. In the meantime, tell me what to drink." This is anti-business. Unfortunately, it didn't just happen to us! He continued to do it with other customers, who stared at him in amazement. His attitude wasn't directed only at us, but also at his colleagues. I'm sorry because I know how much sacrifice goes into running a business, and I honestly recognize that the owner has created a thriving business. However, I think these people are killing business!

But I'm commenting on the fact, and I'm pissed, that the website didn't perform the motorcycle start-up, in memory of a great champion who passed away prematurely, with the proper professionalism. I can understand a 15-minute delay, but after more than an hour, my wife and I left feeling a little pissed off. And not just us. If this is also a point of reference for this place, I'm sorry, Mr. Paolino, but you're not professional at all. People come to remember a special moment in Italian motorcycling. So try to be professional and start the motorcycle as directed on your website, and if you can't, have someone do it for you. People shouldn't be kept waiting more than an hour for nothing. Thank you.

26/08/2025: Disappointment! Great advertising, we expected more based on the way the advert presented it. Maintenance is lacking, splash pad for children: many water games don't work, cold pool "it's not heated or it doesn't work." The bathroom in the room is smelly, the drains smell like sewage. Video games are very out of order. Too dispersive (some games at the first hotel, others at the second hotel). Don't expect the snack bar to be the same as other similar places (apple biscuits). Flat drinks and vending machines that often jammed. Average-to-low entertainment. The best in Europe in what? This sentence must have some weight! I must have been unlucky, I must have stayed at the worst hotel in the chain!!! More expensive than other similar places and with fewer amenities! You can get better by going to other competing chains!

26/08/2025: After years of going to the family hotel in Riccione, I found myself in a place completely different from the standard name. Aside from the location, the hotel welcomed me by letting me sleep on the sofa before giving me a room. The common areas were dirty, and the room was a 5-bed room that you wouldn't expect even in a third-world country. An experience to forget. I immediately left the hotel to find more suitable accommodation for my family, since I have three daughters. The real family hotel is in Riccione; the one in Milano Marittima is only in name; the rest is a disappointment.

17/08/2025: Update 2024. I wanted to return after four years since my last visit, which hadn't left me entirely convinced, and unfortunately I have to reiterate, or rather, worsen, my previous review, which said: "Pizza ok, prices normal. The only sore point: the lack of tomato, which is more essential than any other ingredient in my opinion. It pains me to say it, but I wouldn't gladly return." Well, this time I decided to order a double-dough white pizza. The pizza itself wasn't bad (thanks to the double dough), but there were several things I didn't like: 1) The pizzas were really small; if it weren't for the double dough, I would have left the restaurant hungry; 2) Two pizzas were ordered with an additional ingredient on each, which ultimately wasn't included... Never mind, it happens. 3) I asked for clarification on the ingredients for a certain "green sauce" that several pizzas included, but the waitress couldn't answer. Again, never mind. Now comes the best part. When it was time to pay the bill, I pointed out that the two additional ingredients hadn't been added, and an exchange began between me and the pizza chef: Him: "I'm sure I sent out a pizza with speck added." Me: "I'm sorry, but it definitely didn't reach us." Him: "It seems strange to me. Did anyone else at the table have a pizza with speck?" So I double-checked my order and no, there wasn't any other pizza besides the one with speck added, and I told him so. He then asked the waitress who served us if she remembered there had been a pizza with speck added, and she said yes (how untrue). Eventually, she agreed, RIGHTFULLY, not to charge me for the ingredients I DIDN'T receive. Moral of the story: not only did we have the decency to keep the pizzas, not sending them back, to prevent them from being thrown away, but then you come and nitpick me over a €195 bill (there were 13 of us) for two ingredients we DIDN'T eat? Yeah, I'd say it's borderline embarrassing. Now I'm sure I'll never go back.

17/07/2025: Not used as a guesthouse, but as a restaurant for a graduation dinner. The renovated farmhouse is very beautiful inside, but in the summer, the outdoor garden is a pleasant place to dine. The food is good, and we'd definitely recommend it again.

14/07/2025: I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Pasticceria Cioccolateria Chocolat in Ferrara, and the experience was truly delicious. I tried a Pain Suisse and a Cinnamon Roll, and I must say, both were exceptional. The Pain Suisse was perfectly flaky, buttery, and filled with a rich, velvety custard that melted in your mouth. A true treat for the palate. The Cinnamon Roll was equally as delicious: soft, fragrant with cinnamon, and with a sweet but not cloying glaze. Every bite was a pleasure. The quality of the ingredients is evident, and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. If you're looking for a place to enjoy excellent baked goods and start your day off right in Ferrara, Pasticceria Cioccolateria Chocolat is undoubtedly a must-see. I'll definitely be back to try other specialties!
