It remains one of the best places in Reggio. Both for the traditional meat and fish menus. Excellent ingredients, truly delicious dishes. The lady serving you is always very kind. The timing is perfect and the quality/price ratio is excellent. One of our favorites.

Excellent family cuisine with a warm atmosphere. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the tartare and ravioli. We had a magical lunch together. The interior dates back to the 1960s and has remained unchanged, adding to the restaurant's charm.

I dined at this restaurant for the first time last night and the experience was impeccable. What immediately struck me was the extraordinary professionalism, kindness, and courtesy of the owner, who welcomed us and looked after us with extreme care. The cuisine was excellent, and the service was prompt and attentive. It was truly a pleasant evening in every way. I will definitely be back!

We dined there on a recent Saturday evening. Part of the restaurant is divided by several booths, lending it a slightly retro feel, allowing for quiet conversation and a certain degree of privacy. The appetizer, gnocco fritto (fried gnocchi) and cured meats, were decent but a bit limited in quantity. The sesame-crusted tuna steak was good, and the wine list was very well-stocked.

Ristorante Rio Torbido

03/05/2026: We celebrated our baby girl's baptism and we couldn't have found a better place to do it. The menu we chose was all excellent, the service was fast, the waiters were very kind, everything was taken care of down to the smallest details.
05/04/2026: We tried the takeout pizza, which was truly delicious, with excellent ingredients and easy to digest. We'll definitely try the in-house service again; highly recommended!
