17/08/2025: Jessica's Osteria di Confine is a true culinary gem. I began my experience with the appetizer "Vitello...tonnato," an innovative and delicious take on a classic. For my first course, I chose "Lo Gnocco di Patate," served with pecorino cheese, fava beans, and red currants—a dish that perfectly balanced flavors and textures. Finally, for my second course, I tried "L'Anatra," sautéed in butter and accompanied by red radicchio, apricot, and squacquerone cheese—a bold and memorable dish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the chef's commitment to maintaining a connection with her homeland, Romagna, is evident in every detail.

17/08/2025: A dinner to remember. I discovered this place thanks to friends, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. The cuisine exudes refinement and quality ingredients, with never-boring pairings. Excellent wine list, featuring local wineries. The atmosphere is youthful, and the service is attentive and never intrusive. I've found my favorite place. I can't wait to return! P.S. Excellent value.

04/08/2025: A bright place with polite, welcoming staff. Given that I ate there alone for lunch, I had excellent seaweed zeppole, and the Margherita pizza with Alto dough was neither excellent nor infamous, with a very dense dough and very few aeroli. The electric oven is a major flaw. The menu offers a wide selection of first and second courses; I didn't have the chance to try them, but they certainly looked inviting.

02/08/2025: We stopped for breakfast. A well-kept place with both indoor and outdoor seating. We had two coffees and four croissants; everything was delicious except the one with jam, which was like eating an empty croissant. The price was more than fair, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The place also offers trattoria and pizzeria service, but unfortunately we couldn't try it because we were in a hurry. Recommended if you're in the area or to avoid the high prices at Autogrill restaurants.

24/06/2025: I vote for 5 stars because the service is impeccable. Waiters and waitresses are kind and helpful, certainly trained to be so. We ate gnocco and tigelle, pinzimonio, cheeses and dessert. 43 euros I think too expensive. The sore point is the cold cuts platter: one slice of each type, in my opinion too little and, we have eaten better. On the menu there is an egg for 14 euros that I would be curious to try. In any case, we had a great time and I recommend it

08/08/2025: The gelato is delicious, especially the chocolate mousse and meringue, which in my opinion are second to none. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the selection of flavors is excellent. Highly recommended.

09/05/2025: Although the location is not very favourable, because it is not close to the centre, it is on Via della Fiera, a thoroughfare and easily accessible. The friendliness and professionalism of the owner, an Egyptian, certainly make the difference and the product he offers is good, digestible and tasty. It is an unpretentious pizzeria but the passion and care in carrying out the business shines through. I stumbled upon it by chance and I'm happy to go back every now and then.

10/06/2025: Family-run tavern with a traditional menu and the friendliness of the Apennines. On the road to Villa Minozzo. Not big and with a small and fresh portico. I have to give a high rating because I was lucky enough to come across a Sunday where the "Bomba di Riso" was available, a dish that I love! in white with mushrooms and ragu (not with tomato like some do). very good, I had two portions! Then the usual green and pumpkin tortelli, taglatelle with ragu or mushrooms. All very good. Thanks G.

01/05/2025: This place in the heart of Parma was such a nice surprise! The food prepared by the owner was the most delucious food that we tasted during our stay in Emilia Romagna. The music running in the background was amazing and the bio wine recommended by the owner - very good. I definitely recommend this bar when in Parma. Thank you, Mimo!

20/04/2025: Several family events have been celebrated here, it is a farm run by the Loberti family. Excellent traditional food. Can try in numbers greater than 10 people.
