08/10/2025: The dishes were quite good but a little expensive, the service leaves much to be desired. We asked for red wine and they brought a sweet and sparkling Lambrusco without asking us if we wanted it still or sparkling. The place is a little dated.

02/08/2025: This little bar, where we recently stopped after arriving in Montechiarugolo, is truly excellent. Arriving around 11:00 a.m., we ordered a macchiato and a coffee ☕, also opting for a brioche 🥐 and a Sicilian cannoli (delicious) that were beautifully displayed behind the counter. The staff were friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The bathrooms 🚽 were tidy. The location is strategic, given that the establishment is near the castle. I definitely recommend it 👍. 25/09/2025: I go there at least once a week and it's always a guarantee. The mixed fried appetizer and the four seasons ravioli are excellent. Special mention goes to the spicy-sweet soup and the veal in oyster sauce, a dish I rarely find in other Chinese restaurants. The fried food is always very dry, and I also recommend the spring rolls and the shrimp and cheese ones. The portions are generous and the final bill is always reasonable. Recommended.

07/09/2025: We'd eaten at this restaurant before, and honestly, the food was good, and the service was excellent. This evening, the food was terrible, the shrimp were not cleaned. At the cashier, we asked if management had changed, and they rudely told us that if we didn't eat well, we could go somewhere else! You'll never see us again.

08/11/2025: An old trattoria from the past. There were 16 of us, three starters, roast, and sweet chicken. Everything was good and plentiful. Marta, the owner, is around 93 years old, a tough girl. She generally doesn't accept cards, making a fuss about the lack of a line. A special place lost in the countryside. Worth a visit.

13/10/2025: A dive into tradition with a card game to finish. We sampled "only" three first courses: gold medal winners were the pear-and-cheese-filled ciuffetti, topped with butter and sage; then pumpkin tortelli; and, to finish, macaroni al pettine with a light, non-greasy ragù. Wine in a carafe and artisanal nocino liqueur.

15/10/2025: We ordered two Margherita pizzas for home delivery, they were delicious and the delivery was very fast! I absolutely recommend them.

30/09/2025: My friends and I had a unique experience on Saturday evening. Dishes were served with care and had an unforgettable flavor. The ladies in the dining room explained every dish to us, from the first course to the last, and were incredibly kind. Excellent wine, highly recommended!!

12/10/2025: The food itself was quite good, but unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the staff. They were arrogant, unfriendly. We ordered a tiramisu that was clearly expired and tasted sour. The waiter didn’t even say sorry, he simply said that he made a mistake. After we complained, they didn’t charge us for the diner, which we appreciated. Their attitude was condescending and far from customer-friendly. We definitely won’t be coming back, as good food alone can’t make up for such poor service.

13/09/2025: The selection of well-prepared and refined dishes is excellent. The cured meat is exceptionally high-quality. The other dishes are also top-notch. The staff is very knowledgeable and recommends the right wines to accompany their dishes; the wine list is excellent. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the dishes. Also worth a visit if you're exploring Parma's small towns.

04/05/2025: Love having lunch here when I’m on the island. All of their dishes are good. I can sit and work and watch the water all day!

03/05/2025: Vegetarian and vegan options! I had hummus with pita and plantains with peanut sauce and they were both phenomenal. There was also a veggie burger on the menu.
