We went for dinner last night. A historic yet very contemporary osteria... a simple menu with interesting ideas... Superb courgette flowers stuffed with goat's cheese and giardiniera... also the smoked monkfish tagliatelle with burnt lemon... so much. The wine list deserves a special mention... almost entirely dedicated to the world of natural wines with super labels and gems that are not easily found. We really had a great time. Well done... A wonderful experience with every product. There's culture and passion in every detail. I really enjoyed the goat cheese cappelletti, with their firm dough and lemony finish. Even the simple onion soup is a tale of home and tradition. The crème caramel is wonderful, with its balance. And to finish, the candied orange crepes, but these are a passion of mine. Excellent wine recommendation.
