Abbiamo preso due antipasti, crostini con alici e stracciatella e insalata di mare. In entrambi i casi il pesce era un preparato industriale (chiesto alla cameriera, ha confermato). Abbiamo preso anche una schiacciata, discreta. Dall'impasto direi che potrebbe essere una discreta pizzeria, mentre da evitare per il pesce

The mussels, totally tasteless 😒 Small place, friendly and fast wait staff. I'll be back anyway; the paella seems worth it... We'll see 🤞

24/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato una domenica a mezzogiorno in un gruppo numeroso di amici. La maggior parte di loro, quasi tutte coppie , sono persone molto attente alla qualità del cibo e tutte con una buona conoscenza gastronomica. Io ero l'incaricato di trovare il posto e mi sono fidato , dopo aver valutato vari luoghi presentati qui su Tripadvisor, delle recensioni positive su Ristorante Am-Arcord a Filetto. Per sincerità, già dalla telefonata di prenotazione, il titolare si era rivelato paziente, gentile e accogliente con quella caratteristica bonomia romagnola che mi ha fatto ben sperare. Il locale si trova a pochissimi minuti dalla bellissima romanica Pieve di San Pietro in Trento e dalla Casa della Carità Piccolo Gregge retta dalla Fraternità Dives in Misericordia, dove eravamo andati per le opere d'arte sacra moderna , vicino al paese di Filetto. All'esterno i mobili da esterno coperti di nylon, per la stagione invernale danno un pò l'aspetto di un luogo inattivo, ma è bastato varcare la porta e ci si trova immersi in un ambiente di altri tempi, ben lontano dal rustico di maniera di tanti locali. Descrivere questa sorta di piccolo museo da parete è praticamente impossibile. La lunga tavola già apparecchiata affaccia sulla cucina a vista, con un grande focolare acceso. Il titolare ci accoglie con simpatia e ci elenca la serie di piatti, tutti rigorosamente tradizionali, che la cucina prepara. Abbiamo deciso di avere un assaggio di quattro "minestre" come dichiara il titolare e facciamo intanto servire gli antipsti. Oltre ottimi affettati artigianali , salame di pasta tenera, coppa di testa, prosciutto nostrano, ci vengono portati anche crostini alle verdure ripassate, ai fegatini , ai funghi e , sorpresa, ad un battuto di sette carni diverse cotte nel marsala, tenuto al caldo da un un fornellino per bagna cauda, da spalmare su pane e piadina caldi : antica ricetta della colazione dei norcini! Una delizia e una scoperta. Il trittico di minestre è consistito di fatto in tre porzioni di tortellini al ragù,di tagliatelle e di curzùl (cinghiette) , pasta tipica del Faentino, con il sugo che usavano i braccianti addetti alla "battitura" del grano, ormai in disuso per quanto saporitissima! Ormai decisamente satolli, ci siamo fatti tentare da un assaggio di carne in gratella, che ha confermato le aspettative nate dal profumo che si leva dall'"uròla" della cucina. Due verdure alla brace e poi siamo passati ai dolci. Straordinario, mi hanno detto, il Dolce Am Arcòrd, ma personalmente sono rimasto fedele al gusto tradizionale della Zuppa Inglese, degno finale del pranzo. Vino Merlot della casa, più che dignitoso. Il conto più che onesto, e l'idea che ci sarebbe stato anche il bollito e i cappelletti in brodo, ci hanno fatto decidere che questo luogo varrà qualche frequentazione prossima, anche per la possibilità di potersi tranquillamente inchiacchierare senza essere disturbati dalla" musica artificiale di sottofondo" che QUI è data dalle voci e le risate degli amici... Un accogliente tuffo nel gusto e nel passato. Franco

09/02/2025: Good Romagna cuisine with truly memorable courzul with shallots, also good were the tagliatelle with meat sauce which looked more like pappardelle than tagliatelle but not at the same level. The tasty grilled meat with a special mention for the mutton which is really good here while a fairly insignificant cut of aged beef. Not bad very thick cut bacon and sausage. The homemade dessert with crushed amaretti biscuits inside is excellent. The local wine is good, with Fortana vines that seem to have almost disappeared. The host was truly kind and generous with information and advice. Only one really big problem: the environment is not heated enough and being cold while eating is not pleasant or today we are in fact cold. Adequate heating is required. 35 euros each for a complete dinner, first course and dessert seems adequate to me for the food and service.

12/08/2025: Abbiamo girato tanti,troppi bar in Italia, ma credo che sartoria per qualità,professionalità sia il numero 1 al mondo, dalle colazioni al pranzo per finire alla cena, coccolati dal primo momento da uno staff a cinque stelle, atmosfera unica. Ci torneremo assolutamente.

30/06/2025: Certainly the best center of this type in Modena, with large spaces and well-kept. However, for some time now the air conditioning system has been set to save or perhaps has some technical limit and on particularly sultry days you suffer from heat and humidity.

29/06/2025: Fantastic and huge shopping center, it really offers everything and more. It is so big and well-stocked that you can spend a whole day there and never get bored.

09/08/2025: The question we've all asked ourselves is whether the waitress is at a fashion show or if she's there to serve customers... As for the pizza, we wonder how they can serve a disk of dough that's burnt on the outside and completely raw on the inside!!!!!! An experience definitely not to be repeated.

This evening Giordano welcomed us and assisted us with great professionalism. Very good, kind, attentive to the needs of the customer, nothing escapes him. You can see that he loves his job and does it with dedication. The food is excellent as always. The environment is very very pleasant and truly a professional service. Well done! 24/07/2025: Tonight I went with my partner to this pizzeria, which has been in business for 13 years, and I was amazed that after 13 years they still use high-quality products served with 3 types of flour! 1 classic flour 2 whole wheat flour 3 spelt flour And I say amazed because in many pizzerias after being open for about a year they offer a good pizza with above-standard quality, but as soon as they gain customers, the product goes down and the prices go up! At this 13-year-old pizzeria, they still keep their word about good pizza. Tonight my partner and I ate all 3 and they were all delicious, especially the spelt flour, which we took home and ate cold! It retained its crunchiness and was a flavor explosion, it was a sausage and broccoli pizza! FANTASTIC, and I'm not saying this to be mean because I don't know them and it was the first time I've been there! Here they make it: 1 - REGULAR 2 - GIANT 3 - BY THE METER We ate 3 regular ones, but with the 3 types of flour. I highly recommend it to everyone, except those who are lactose intolerant. If I have to find a fault, it's only with the lactose-containing mozzarella. But it must also be said that my partner is lactose intolerant and didn't have any problems, so the mozzarella is also a surefire hit! I spent 42.50, but they gave me a 2.50 discount, and I really appreciated that! I will gladly return because it's also a nice place to sit and eat. It has 3 ovens for various cooking methods, and the tables are well spaced out, so you can talk with the peace of mind that you won't disturb or be disturbed by anyone! Congratulations for maintaining your policy of treating well and delighting the customers who come to eat with high quality! My advice is to try it and see, you won't be disappointed, and I'm sure you'll come back to try the various pizzas on the menu! I had a gorgonzola and spicy salami (normal flour), and my partner had a triumph (whole wheat) with radicchio, speck, gorgonzola, and truffle. We ordered takeout, which we then enjoyed in front of the TV: a sausage and broccoli rabe (spelt flour), and a 66cl Moretti, split between two. I'll definitely be back because the price is right for the quality, which is extremely rare these days! And it's even more rare to find a pizzeria that respects its customers by not stealing their money and offering a pizza that tastes like cardboard and is of poor quality, paid for at a premium! I'll conclude by saying: Pizzerias like LA RUSTICANA must be protected and allowed to thrive by word of mouth, and we should avoid going to other pizzerias that don't respect their customers' taste buds and wallets! 21/06/2025: From the outside the place is very unassuming, but inside the restaurant has a rustic Italian charm. The starters, main and desserts were all absolutely delicious. The best meal I’ve had during my trip to Bologna. A true authentic Italian meal that I’ll never forget.

The internal tables are well spaced to guarantee the right amount of privacy for customers and everything is decorated in an oriental manner. We were very satisfied with both the quality of the food and the speed of the service. Definitely recommended.
