Unfortunately, the kitchen was closed on Saturdays. We ended up ordering panini-style snacks, which weren't bad. The owners, however, were incredibly friendly. It would be worth stopping by just for them.

A tartare appetizer sets you off on an emotional journey, followed by the sublime Roquefort and Cherry Rice. The service is top-notch; a young woman is everywhere at all times and manages everything wonderfully. Perhaps this evening was special because it wasn't the usual sold-out crowd, but some places deserve that every night.
