29/11/2025: A truly delightful experience, a great way to spend a different kind of evening. I chose the "cuisine for two hearts" evening and we were truly amazed, it was fun and enjoyable! Thanks to chef Luca Balboni.
03/10/2025: A very special gourmet cooking course – also for amateur cooks – takes you to the "Food Lab" cooking school and the master chefs of Modena's agri-food excellence scene. Participants will learn how to roll out the dough and close a true Modenese tortellino. All accompanied, of course, by a fine glass of Lambrusco. Piadina da Betta

13/05/2026: Passing through Sarsina in our camper, we were lucky enough to discover this magical place. While we waited for our piadinas to be ready, we ate fried piadina. Heavenly! Betta was generous with advice on how to reheat the piadinas in the camper and how to store them in the refrigerator if we didn't manage to finish them all. But in the end, there was no need: polish them off! Thank you for this fabulous sensory experience, for your kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended!

05/12/2025: From the producer to the consumer, delicious, thin piadinas, typical of Romagna. Price: €5.00. Ten piadinas cost about the same amount if I made them myself.
When I go out, I buy several because, since they're freshly baked, I freeze them for quick dinners.
The larger ones are also excellent. I use them as a base for piadipizza.

28/11/2025: I didn't eat anything, I came in because my phone was completely flat, and I asked if I could charge it, they even lent me the socket that I didn't have and I stayed for 1 hour and a half, and in the meantime I also used the services, without paying anything, the staff is very kind.
