16/10/2025: At first glance, you're indifferent. Then you enter and find yourself in a classic trattoria. A warm atmosphere, good food, and attentive, empathetic, and kind staff.

16/11/2025: RED wine already opened and served on ice; Plastic glasses and goblets; Coffee in paper cups; this alone would be enough of a review. However... A table for 18 people, we order drinks: water, a few beers, two bottles of wine, and a Coke. Before the drinks even arrive, they ask you to swipe your card, then the carafes arrive, and if they run out right away, it's your problem: swipe again or go home thirsty. Food: 7 pinsas (maximum) for 18 people. A pinsa is roughly the equivalent of a pizza, so some people might eat half, some might eat 1.5. At a table of twenty-somethings, I'll leave you to calculate how many people went home hungry... €30 per person. And I forgot, the pinsas, with capers, you can have them however you like; if you want some cold cuts, you'd better carry them in your jacket pockets. Edit: POLYPROPYLENE is known as the lightest plastic. It's comforting to scroll through the reviews and see others who have the courage to write the truth. Finally, since I've been told I can't afford to swipe my card, take a look at my previous reviews; I guarantee I've had a few glasses of wine.

30/11/2025: A quasi-work lunch at the end of a morning at the racetrack, which is just 200 meters away. We ate tortellini, grilled meat with baked potatoes, and a huge portion of tiramisu. Red wine was fine, but the white had too many bubbles. Coffee was Imola-standard...

03/12/2025: Trattoria "Da Bertino" is a historic establishment that's definitely worth a visit. With its simple decor and warm welcome, the dishes offered are all traditional. A special mention goes to the tortellini and the selection of boiled meats and roasts.

16/11/2025: We had a great meal here at Perlage. Short walk from where we stayed. It was raining all day but really enjoyed their dishes and services. Ordered from the menu with a starter cured ham dish, followed by 3 different pastas and 2 secondi to share for the party of 4. The dishes were well prepared, seasoned and cooked. Friendly staff and great services along with good food making our evening extra special despite of the rain outside. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: A Corner of Palermo on a Plate! It's not easy, as a Palermitan, to find our region's authentic specialties reproduced with such excellence elsewhere. Pizzeria Super Pizza SPIV not only passes the test, but does so with flying colors! My girlfriend and I embarked on a true culinary journey through the most authentic Sicily, and every taste was a confirmation: • Pizza Sfincione: Soft, rich, and flavorful, exactly as tradition dictates. A perfect dough that forms the basis for a rich and enveloping topping. • Arancine (with Meat and Butter): Crispy on the outside and with a creamy and flavorful filling. The balance between rice and topping was impeccable. A true delight for the palate, just like the ones at home! • Fried Eggplant and Panelle Sandwich: A true masterpiece of Palermo street food. The freshness of the panelle and the softness of the fried eggplant, enclosed in a delicious bun, made this tasting unforgettable. And to top it off, the decision to take home two Sicilian Cannoli was a great one: I'm finishing mine right now and I can confirm they're fantastic! The crunchy crust and fresh, perfectly sweetened ricotta are the perfect end to an exceptional dinner. Truly everything was excellent! Special praise goes to Giuseppe and the entire staff for the passion and skill with which they bring these flavors to the table.
