The service is attentive, personal, and conveys genuine Italian hospitality – you're not simply processed here, but pampered from start to finish. The prices are more than fair for this quality. 12/10/2025: Found by chance, a real surprise. Elegant but not pretentious, thoughtfully decorated, clean. Very friendly staff; we had a bit of a wait, but it was worth it: one of the best places we've ever eaten. The menu offers a limited selection, with exceptional ingredients and fantastic quality. They welcomed us with our child and dog without batting an eyelid. The outdoor garden is very pleasant. The price is in line with the offerings. Highly recommended.

31/10/2025: I went to eat at Ingrediente Segreto on Sunday, primarily because the window display and the line of people attracted me... Upon entering, I found politeness, speed and professionalism despite the large number of people in line. I ate a piadina with mortadella, fiordilatte, arugula, truffle and tomato while my partner ate squacquerone sausage and spinach... they were delicious, well filled and cooked to perfection! (We would have eaten many more)!!! 😋😋😋... they were delicious! I also spoke personally with the owner Giuseppe, who seemed like a really nice person, as well as super professional! Another very positive note is the cleanliness of the place and the tables! (which is not a given nowadays)! Thank you so much for the experience, I will be back soon!

19/10/2025: Farmhouse in the middle of nowhere but very (too) close to the highway, unfortunately with a lot of noise. The room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. We found the restaurant overpriced. Nothing exceptional. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

07/10/2025: At 7:20 pm on Tuesday evening, seeing from outside that almost all the tables (about 15) were free, only a couple were already occupied, I asked if it was possible to have dinner (for two) and they replied no if you haven't booked, I kindly offered to have dinner and leave in an hour at most (the time to eat a first course) they replied no, in less than an hour everything will be full... In Ravenna, on a Tuesday in mid-October. The lady was really rude, uncooperative, the attitude of someone who can't work with customers. We won't be returning.

26/09/2025: A small town trattoria specializing in seafood. A varied menu with a few meat dishes. Seafood reigns supreme. High quality, attentive and courteous staff. Prices are reasonable for the menu and service, though a little less so for the type of restaurant.

02/11/2025: TOO BAD! I had lunch here a week ago and what can I say... Everything was truly delicious! Mixed appetizers were brought directly by the staff, Mr. Roberto took care of listing the first and second courses (we chose tagliatelle with truffle), while for desserts there's a trolley (you eat what you want, just finish it). The atmosphere isn't very scenic, but it still makes you feel at home. A bit too much shouting in the room, which acts as a sounding board and everyone shouts to be heard. The thing that really, really left a bitter taste in my mouth was the final bill. Total €169 for two for two appetizers, a glass of wine (I don't know why, but they left half a bottle on the table, which was never touched again), two plates of tagliatelle with truffle (€38 each), a dessert trolley for two, and two coffees. Granted, truffles have their price, but the total for the two plates of tagliatelle was €76 (obviously discovered at the cash register), so that's another €100... For what? Honestly, it seemed disrespectful to those who, unaware, trust the menu they're given. If I'd had that budget, I wouldn't have gone there... A real shame. Ps. I asked for the menu, but was told it "isn't available."

08/10/2025: Very nice atmosphere, with limited seating, but still a friendly, sociable atmosphere. Excellent food, good old-fashioned cooking, with a wide selection of dishes every day. Pleasant service, the waiters are very kind and friendly, and Roberto is also top notch. The only thing I've never understood when I go there is the price. How is it set? Why do you bring me the dip at the table and charge me for it without asking? In any case, the price (€60 per person with a bottle of wine in our case) is absolutely in line with what you eat and experience. I recommend it!!

05/11/2025: One of the best Chinese restaurants in Bologna. Modern and clean atmosphere, friendly service, incredibly light dishes, and super fair prices. I especially recommend the shrimp rice noodles and cashew chicken.

08/11/2025: A typical osteria in the hills outside Bologna. One of the last to bear this name! Regional cuisine, not a huge selection, but authentic flavors prepared with top-quality ingredients. Generous portions, fast service, and friendly, helpful staff. Five of us ate, each with a first and second course with truffles, side dish, dessert, coffee, and 1 liter of wine to share for less than €50 each! The atmosphere is rustic, but more than suitable for a good meal with friends.

17/10/2025: My experience in this place was magnificent especially for the waiters, especially that curly-haired waitress with orange hair who made me have a wonderful experience thanks to her passion for cooking and food and I had noticed this right away thanks to the wonderful experience apart from those at the next table who smelled of Indian.

20/08/2025: Excellent Neapolitan pizza, with an excellent dough. My only complaint: during our visit, the anchovies at the "Bella Napoletana" were unfortunately full of tough bones, so much so that we had to leave them on our plate. We hope this was an isolated incident, as overall the experience was positive.

23/10/2025: On Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, there's a "business lunch" for €12.50 excluding drinks, while on Saturdays and Sundays, there's the "A La Carte" menu. Tuesdays are closed. On Sundays in November, there was polenta with ragù or polenta with pork chops. The female staff has always been friendly. The dishes prepared have always tasted excellent. Huge parking lot nearby, with a mandatory parking disc on the dashboard for a maximum of 90 minutes. Two disabled spaces are available. For over a year, I stopped going to this restaurant after repeatedly experiencing discrimination compared to other customers. I returned in July 2025 and noticed that such disrespectful behavior is continuing. I have nothing against the rules, but if they apply to me, they should apply to all customers, without distinction.
