03/12/2025: I'm a bartender who's been working in the industry for years, and at Drink Factory I've finally found the right environment to grow professionally. The courses offered are comprehensive and well-organized, both in terms of the school's facilities and content, thanks to the expertise of Federico and his collaborators Andrea and Davide. The course on teas and their applications in mixology is highly stimulating and innovative, especially the new HOMEMADE course, which allows you to learn in the classroom and test preparation techniques and the various resulting products. The choice of offering both in-person and online training is excellent, allowing us to meet all the needs of our students.
03/12/2025: I just attended the American Bar XL course. I'm a lawyer, and I indulged in this passionate perspective on the subject, balancing flavors and tastes. I was impressed by the high level of knowledge in product science, the thorough knowledge of industry legislation, and the ability to teach the techniques for making homemade syrups—delicious syrups that make drinks tasty, fresh, and uniquely flavorful. The instructors promptly planned a variety of real-world scenarios to allow the students to express their skills by putting the knowledge they had acquired into practice. We mixed cocktails using a variety of techniques, measuring ingredients and choosing the ideal glasses, until, on the final day, we achieved the perfect balance between liquid and ice. Truly an art. Difficult to teach, but not for Drink Factory. If I had a child with this passion, I wouldn't hesitate to enroll them in the course. All the instructors deserve the highest praise for leaving an indelible mark on the open minds of every young person who wants to launch and further their career. 19/01/2026: Literally the best bar on Viale Dante, if only (and above all) for the owner's personal touch. She's one of those people who truly make the difference and transform a place you want to return to. The cocktail selection isn't vast, but it must be said that it's a small bar: any shortcoming is more than made up for by the friendliness and genuineness of the woman behind the bar. On the other hand, there's an excellent selection of gins: I asked her suggestions for recommendations, and the result was a truly respectable, well-balanced, and truly enjoyable fruity drink. A moment that alone is worth the 5 stars: after a mistake on an order, she literally gave us an extra drink. A rare and disarmingly honest gesture, especially considering they were all delicious and just the right amount of flavor. The appetizers were also excellent, perfect for accompanying an aperitif, and the presence of the radio on the TV was a nice touch, contributing to the informal, family atmosphere. An authentic bar, filled with conversation, smiles, and genuine attention. I'll gladly return to chat with friends—and with those behind the bar.

06/03/2026: A typical, welcoming village trattoria, where time seems to have stopped in the '80s (which I LOVE!). I stopped for lunch and was greeted with a delicious savory pie. Delicious, local dishes, all homemade! Excellent value! I'll definitely be back, even outside of lunch! P.S.: Ample parking nearby!

05/12/2025: From the producer to the consumer, delicious, thin piadinas, typical of Romagna. Price: €5.00. Ten piadinas cost about the same amount if I made them myself. When I go out, I buy several because, since they're freshly baked, I freeze them for quick dinners. The larger ones are also excellent. I use them as a base for piadipizza.
