Piadina da Betta In Sarsina

Passing through Sarsina in our camper, we were lucky enough to discover this magical place. While we waited for our piadinas to be ready, we ate fried piadina. Heavenly! Betta was generous with advice on how to reheat the piadinas in the camper and how to store them in the refrigerator if we didn't manage to finish them all. But in the end, there was no need: polish them off! Thank you for this fabulous sensory experience, for your kindness and friendliness. Highly recommended!
