27/03/2025: I would say excellent piadina!! Fast and friendly service, cramped environment, to eat you have to stand outside there are only a few stools on the pavement

21/03/2025: It's a place that makes you feel immediately immersed in the flavors of a quick Bolognese meal, even if you end up enjoying a piadina that has nothing to envy of any other typical dish of the city. From caramelized onion with honey to the Bolognese friggione, the embarrassment of choice is the master. If the first time you end up there by chance, the second time you go there on purpose. This place is located behind the church of Santo Stefano, but it's worth taking a few extra steps to get there.

04/04/2025: I came to Bononia one unexpected evening. Some friends had recommended it to me. To my great surprise, they were right. I had dinner starting with gnocchi with duck ragù, guinea fowl as a second course and cremoso as dessert. But the real revelation was the unique location. A place with soft lights, a beautiful garden, enveloping music for a perfect combination. Thank you

04/04/2025: Siamo stati nella nuova sede di Via Riva Reno... la location è davvero stupenda, curata nei minimi dettagli, un piacere per gli occhi! Servizio impeccabile, abbiamo mangiato divinamente! Porzioni generose, ma qualità alta! Se non volete mangiare il solito cinese, ma la cucina di una piccola porzione di questo paese, Amole è il posto giusto!!

02/04/2025: Sono stata una cliente della prima ora di AMOLE in via Malcontenti : almeno una volta a settimana, svariati aperitivi, consigliato a molte persone. Ora lo ritrovo in via Riva di Reno e nostalgica decido di ordinare con consegna a domicilio perché sono infortunata. Ordino involtini ganberi farfalla e manzo piccante: in orario suona un driver che mi "intima" di scendere per ritirare l'ordine.... va da sé che non posso insisto, solo durante il covid scendevi, niente da fare telefono ad un vicino che gentilmente si presta: motivazione non salgo se no mi rubano la bicicletta!!!!! Apro il sacchetto e trovo involtini e gamberi, manca la portata principale il manzo piccante. Ora è mai possibile?! Attivate una strategia per avvisare il cliente che il piatto non è disponibile, trovate chi consegna in modo civile. Gli involtini erano di qualità i gamberi farfalla inutili insapori.. Sarete soddisfatti del trasloco in un locale più grande ma non siete più AMOLE che aveva come caratteristica oltre al buon cibo la gentilezza e l'attenzione al cliente: AMOLE, appunto. Capita spesso così vft6 quando si ha successo.... ero convinta foste diversi. Ps. carissimo!
