14/01/2025: Christmas lunch with fixed menu, around 40 euros per person (including children) for Tuscan appetizers, two first courses, dessert and coffee, water and wine. We found the bottles on the table already open, we had to ask several times to get the bread, I wasn't asking for dazzling smiles but at least not to feel like I was in the wrong place. I have no right to judge the quality of the cuisine but if most people leave large leftovers on their plates I think there is a reason. Nobody forces a restaurant to open specifically for 30 people but once they decide to open, diners pay real, good money and expect the service and quality of the dishes to be equally good.

02/04/2025: All’Antico Vinaio is the chaotic sandwich heaven you never knew you needed. The paninis? Absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and basically the size of your head. Totally worth the hype. Now, the ordering system? It’s like they took Italian street chaos and turned it into a sandwich queue. No clear lines, lots of shouting, and a general vibe of “just go with it and hope for the best.” You might wait 30 minutes, or you might accidentally become part of a local film crew—who knows. But honestly? I’d do it all over again. For that sandwich? I’d fight through the confusion, the crowd, and my own social anxiety. 4 stars for the flavor and the full experience—just eat it fast before someone asks for a bite.

15/03/2025: No puedo creer que el peor rissotto de mi vida lo comiera en florencia italia, aun no puedo creer el sabor era como de un rissotto en caja. El cajero de pésimo carácter me reto por preguntar que significaba Tavolo al lado de mi cuenta de casi 50 euros. No volvería ni aunque me regalaran el plato. Una lástima por las garzonas qué eran muy amables.

08/04/2025: A very Italian restaurant that I entered for the first time. I think this is a fun restaurant for people who want to enjoy local food. Two women from the shop come to take your order. English menus are always available, so ordering is easy. However, there are some things that are meaningless just by their names. The lunch menu has three dishes to choose from and costs 13 euros per person, plus coperto. Bottled water is cheap and only costs 1 euro. On this day, the two of us had tomato sauce risotto and squid ink risotto first. For second, a thin steak and Florentine tripe. The sidedish is fried zucchini and a Mediterranean salad. The first one felt like it was a bit too much. The squid ink was a little salty. I want to try a different menu next time.

27/03/2025: Fried chicken (not boned) soaked in oil, tripe drowned in grease, microscopic tables, Florentine steak served strictly in the rib, the fillet probably remains in the refrigerator. Service that tries hard to appear high-class but the waiters do not hesitate to systematically pass with their arm over the (microscopic) tables to serve the customer from the opposite side. Suitable for tourists, not for those who want to eat well

31/03/2025: We arrived at Paiolo at 1pm last Saturday with a reservation for nine people. After a good half hour they came to place the order, at 2.00 pm after an hour of patient waiting nothing had arrived on the table. But the waiter came to tell us that the kitchen was late because they had a table of 60 people to serve!!!!!! But what a stupid excuse if they had this onerous commitment they could do without fixing the table to us. We wait patiently, then someone hungry asks for some flat bread, we are told that it has been sold out.... At 2.30pm the first courses ordered arrive and after two hours we get up from the table to pay a very high bill for what we had eaten. We were treated very badly and will certainly never return to Paiolo again

30/03/2025: Excellent meat, very nice place and friendly staff. The only flaw is too full, there is not the right distance between one table and another.... A real shame!

22/03/2025: Realmente disfrutamos de toda la experiencia en Gallo Giallo. El servicio , el ambiente , la comida fue de los mejores que tuvimos en la Toscana . Nuestras dos favoritas fueron la pasta de trufa con carne y pesto ñoquis. Estaban fuera de este mundo. La selección de vinos fue excepcional con uno de los mejores menús de vinos escritos a mano que hemos visto. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para familias, parejas o amigos de noche. No te decepcionarás.

13/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questa trattoria tipica Toscana , personale gentilissimo. Il titolare ci ha fatto accomodare subito visti i tempi ristretti che purtroppo avevamo. Personale gentilissimo e cibo buonissimo ! Straconsigliato. Spero di ritornare con più calma. Alla prossima
