Excellent meat at the centre of Firenze

We went out for dinner and ordered several platters of typical cured meats. And a Florentine steak (I think that's how it's spelled). Everything was delicious.

What a wonderful experience! We ate wonderfully! Excellent value for money! There were five of us and we ate everything from appetizers to first courses, main courses, and side dishes! Everything was superb! The desserts ended the dinner beautifully! We'll be back.

I had lunch here with my girlfriend on the recommendation of a dear local friend. What can I say... amazing! ​We had a zucchini tartlet as an appetizer, and it was delicious. Then we moved on to the highlight: the Florentine steak. What can I say, it was exactly as it should be: nice and thick (before serving it, they showed us the raw piece of about 1.2 kg), juicy, perfectly cooked, it melted in your mouth. The external fat was beautifully cooked, even "caramelized," not to mention that slightly smoky aroma from the grill, which was that extra touch that made the meat almost perfect. ​We had their onions as a side, which were incredibly sweet, with a lovely cream that made them a real treat. The combination of the two dishes was delicious. To accompany it, two nice glasses of wine are always a good idea. At the end of the meal, dessert was another delight: baked peach, beautifully sweet, almost caramelized, still warm and plated with a delicious vanilla ice cream that was melting in the warmth of the peach... Such a simple yet perfect combination, fresh and summery. Top. We'll definitely be back, especially because we've set standards (especially for meat) that must be respected. Highly recommended.
