Both meat and fish menus. Dishes are both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. The ingredients are top-quality. Recommended by friends, it turned out to be not only an excellent recommendation but a pleasant discovery. We'll definitely be returning, especially in the summer when the outdoor seating is open.

We went for my wife's birthday. Both of us are vegetarians, and we found excellent options: the vegetarian dishes far exceeded our expectations, as the restaurant specializes in meat, etc.
The food and ingredients were of excellent quality.
Communication with the owner (first by email and then in person) was impeccable. Everything was organized beautifully, and even for the little surprise for my wife, which I had requested, they went above and beyond; they made it even better. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank all the staff. We will definitely be back.

My first time there last night was for a birthday. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming from the moment I entered, and the cleanliness and rustic elegance inside were simply wonderful! The staff, whose kindness and courtesy have become almost rare, are always smiling and helpful. Dinner? A riot of flavors! Everything was so good; I haven't had such delicious and crispy guanciale since my last time in Rome. The fried seafood, without a drizzle of oil, was incredibly flavorful and top-quality! The owner, Davide, came to entertain us at the end of the evening and is a truly charming person! What can I say? 10 out of 10! If there were 10 stars, I would have given them all. Highly recommended!

It may have an 'H' in front of the name, but don't think you're in an osteria. Step inside and you'll find yourself surrounded by stone, a small, welcoming dining room, and truly delicious Tuscan specialties.
The low-temperature cheek is excellent.
