15/07/2025: Vi ventede 1 time og 30 minutter, hvor de hverken spurgte ind eller kom med brød. Da maden kom var det nogle brændte nuggets og en kedelig calzone. Ydermere stinker kælderen af skimmelsvamp. Servicen var heller ikke til stede.
13/07/2025: The food is standard Italian fare; we ordered pasta, pizza, and ravioli. I expected a better experience. However, the desserts charmed us. There were about four options. We ordered all of them, and the tiramisu, cheesecake, brownie, and forest fruit cake were all delicious. I recommend them.

10/05/2025: Viajando por trabajo, cené aquí solo por recomendación de mi anfitrión Airbnb. Disfrutamos mucho de mi comida - la pasta hecha a mano era delicioso. El servicio fue amable y rápido. El precio era razonable. No me sentí fuera de lugar comiendo por mi cuenta, me dieron una mesa regular, no sentado al lado del inodoro / cocina / aire acondicionado unidad (como a menudo sucede a los comensales solos! )

28/06/2025: Clean and quiet environment, familiar, as they say "alla buona", but the food is excellent.
Traditional Tuscan menu with excellent steak, tender and cooked to perfection. Very good, of course, also the classic Mugello potato tortelli.
More than adequate prices.
I always gladly return.
2025. I am updating the review since in the meantime the restaurant-pizzeria has been completely renovated. The environments are very beautiful and well-kept, with a touch of refinement more than in the past. Always excellent service, as is the cuisine. I would like to point out, in addition to what has already been mentioned, the pizzas, truly exceptional both in terms of dough and filling, above all the digestibility is excellent. Congratulations to everyone, also for the friendliness. Well done!
13/05/2025: We are regular customers, it is a guarantee with a remarkable cost-quality ratio... we had pizza night for Mother's Day, pizzas as always tasty and super desserts... I recommend the pears and ricotta and the 7 chocolate dessert... to finish with the Marengo guarantee... highly recommended.

Tagliolini al tartufo e delle pappardelle al ragu di coniglio.
Purtroppo molto mediocri , in modo particolare i tagliolini...del tutto insapori,.., che non hanno soddisfatto le aspettative .
Per cui si e' deciso di non ordinare piu' nulla..
Il ristorante e' piuttosto piccolo ma accogliente .
La decantata toscanita' , a malincuore , la si e" trovata altrove.

24/06/2025: This was a hidden gem, and we loved this place! Very local with amazing staff and great dishes. We took a bistecca (the portion is for 2 people), handmade pasta Ragu, drinks and a desert. Everything was perfect and the bistecca was the best we tasted during all our week trip in Tuscany. There is a parking area available at around two minutes further on the street where you can easily park. If you are in this area don’t miss this place!
Note it opens at 7.30 for dinner (not sure if it is open for lunch)

25/07/2025: They are very good at dealing with tourists. The waiter, who seems to be a professional in his field, compliments the woman he is with while working. It's a kind of entertainment. And childish.
The food is average, or rather, it is tailored for tourists.
I guess I paid the tip poorly, because I wrote €10 for the tip on the bill, but they actually took €20. By the way, the original amount including the coperto was €140. Maybe I should have just left the cash on the table. Well, that was my fault.
It was actually fun, and my wife seemed satisfied, but I don't recommend it because it's not cost-effective lol
It's a half-baked memory lol

24/07/2025: Having been here 3 times over the last 26 years we were disappointed to be served huge portions of food...very off-putting.....service without humour only irritation...also now see no Italians eat here...not going back.

06/08/2025: Cena domenica d'agosto. Serata fresca, ambiente esterno piacevole. Due primi di buona qualità, quindi morbide scaloppine e croccante coniglio fritto. Per non farci mancare niente un bel tiramisù. Acqua vinodella casa e caffè , conto poco più di 70 euro. Servizio attento e cordiale. Bella serata
06/08/2025: Sono una cliente storica del ristorante. Questa sera a cena ho trovato tutto il personale nuovo.
Ho ordinato le lasagne e mi è arrivato un piatto pieno di sugo con una fetta da meno di mezza porzione. I prezzi sono aumentati, la qualità del cibo è diminuita, il servizio scadente è poco attento. Tempi di attesa molto più lunghi che in passato. Come distruggere il mito di una trattoria in una cena... Assolutamente sconsigliato.

27/07/2025: Semplicemente fantastico dal primo fino al dolce. Abbiamo preso i pici cacio e pepe, una fiorentina con patate e un tiramisù. Il locale è piccolo ma caratteristico e i camerieri sono gentili. Lo consiglio vivamente per una cena intima, ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta.

Hanno a menù ricette tipicamente toscane.
Sapori forti a tratti rustici estremamente soddisfacenti in un ambiente amichevole e con ampio parcheggio.
Personalmente mi è piaciuto tutto quello che ho assaggiato e certamente ci tornerei

30/04/2025: Selezione di salumi squisiti e deliziosi fiori di zucca fritti, ottimi i pici al ragù di chianina e da menzione speciale i ravioli verdi, fatti a mano, ripieni di fave, menta e ricotta su fonduta di pecorino di grotta, delicati ma con gusto grazie alla fonduta.
Locale caratteristico con arredamento in arte povera d'effetto. Servizio cortese e il gestore si è dimostrato attento e anche molto simpatico.

23/07/2025: It's not the first time I've been to this beautiful and spacious restaurant, and I've always been satisfied, even though the service is a bit rushed and unfriendly.
This time, however, I had a truly unpleasant surprise: for three covers, they charged us two bottles of wine instead of one, and the second one cost double the amount we actually ordered. I realized the mistake, and the bottle was deducted from my bill, but frankly, the apology wasn't the most heartfelt...
19/07/2025: I'd heard mixed reviews about this restaurant, and I have to agree. You can't go wrong with pampering, and I can honestly say they saved our dinner. After the appetizer, we waited exactly 50 minutes for the steak, which arrived at room temperature. So, by the second bite, it was cold. It was well past 10:30 pm, and we didn't want to wait any longer, so we finished our meal and let the waiter know when he came to collect our plates. He told us that, having known in advance, he could have it reheated. Honestly, it didn't seem like an ideal solution for a steak ordered rare. I don't think any restaurant has ever offered me reheated steak. The location, which was supposed to be a strong point, seemed very cheap to me because of the fake grass, but I imagined the atmosphere would be much nicer in the afternoon. A huge disappointment, unfortunately. I don't think we'd return.
