14/10/2025: Cannot recommend for vegetarians. The menu doesn't indicate which dishes are vegetarian, making it a pain to figure out the few non meat options by Yourself. Waiter advised me on a way too heavy beer (no alcohol % indicated on the menu) and it took him long to get the receipt. Pasta was good, Pizza bianco was drenched in oil.

13/10/2025: Fantastic food and location. Our waiter was super pleasant and attentive and best of all, really knowledgeable about local food. I came with my three children who all loved it. Two were delighted with delicious bruschetta and pizza. My other child and I shared the Florentine steak, which was out of this world! Esmerelda, the manager, was super nice and very charming indeed. In fact, all the staff were amazing. Please visit this place. Great food, beautiful people.

11/10/2025: What can I say... impeccable service, and I'd even add that perfect touch beyond the formality!!! The appetizer and first course were perfect in every detail, especially the meat (1.2 kg), the quality and cooking were excellent. The price? If you eat this well, the host sets the price and it doesn't matter, but it's fair with the prices clearly displayed... perhaps a little low for the service and quality. It's best to book, even if they keep adequate space and reservations between tables. Congratulations.

12/01/2025: Pranzo domenicale ottimo, antipasti con crostini misti buonissimi, pappaal pomodoro rivisitata con stracciatella, a seguire risotto di zucca con taleggio e cavolo nero, poi filetto lardellato con profumo di albicocca e rolle' di galletto con fegatini e prugne, vino locale il Morino piacevolissimo consigliato da uno dei proprietari, servizio e pulizia perfetti! Avevo un pochino freddo e gentilmente ci hanno spostati al tavolo vicino al caminetto. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimo! Consigliatissimo!

19/10/2025: Ultimately, a disappointing experience. There were two of us, my wife and I, and we were seated next to the glass door leading to the kitchen, through which all the food passes into the dining room. I'll start by saying that I really like the open kitchen and it's a sign of great safety for the establishment, but a very effective ventilation system is needed, otherwise the odors leak into the dining room and confuse the diner's sense of smell (and also permeate my clothes; when I got back to the hotel, I had to hang them outside because of the strong smell). We ordered two fish tasting menus. The ingredients were certainly excellent, but neither dish was truly successful, as even the most complex ones failed to blend the flavors together: both the Prawns with lard, cream of potatoes with truffles, and the Black Cod, chestnut polenta, rosemary, and raisins showcased the individual flavors of the ingredients used, but not a unified taste. What a shame. P.S. We left the wine we bought by mistake and changed it, which is no coincidence. :)

29/09/2025: I've been there several times over the years. I returned on Saturday and found it once again to be a charming place to have lunch in the shade of beautiful lime trees, with excellent food and impeccable service. It's always a pleasure.

09/09/2025: I went there for a friend's birthday, 8 people in total! We had a wonderful time! The food was excellent, with a selection of locally sourced ingredients; the staff and owner were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming; the restaurant is beautiful, both indoors and out; the sliced ​​beef with potatoes was phenomenal and excellent value for money. In fact, she treated us wonderfully, and we ate wonderfully! We had two generous appetizers to share, a first course, a second course, a dessert, red wine, coffee, and liqueur, for a total of €35 for 7 people, since the birthday girl didn't have to pay. The owner even made a delicious gluten-free and lactose-free cake for the birthday girl, using fresh ingredients! We'll definitely be back again, either individually or as a couple! Highly recommended!

12/07/2025: Allora il posto è molto bello e la terrazza è molto aereggiata e all’ ombra, i tortelloni alla Mugellana sono una cosa spaziale, anche i funghi porcini uguali. Tutto era perfetto se non per lo staff, soprattutto una cameriera mora che ha rovinato completamente l esperienza, facendo togliere un bel 5 stelle e rovinare il nostro pranzo. Sgarbata, maleducata, antipatica e non dico altro, abbiamo provato a chiamarla diverse volte perché ci mancavano delle cose sul tavolo faceva finta di non sentirci e quando ci sentiva diceva in continuazione arrivo arrivo, senza mai arrivare. Quando poi alla fine sua grazia ha deciso di presentarsi e stata maleducata a rispondere e ogni volta che porta qualcosa al tavolo lo tirava e lo sbatteva. Se sei nervosa o frustrata te ne stai a casa, non rovini le giornate anche agli altri. Peccato perché l esperienza sarebbe stata davvero ottima. Il titolare dovrebbe prendere provvedimenti a riguardo. Purtroppo se dovessi rivederla ancora qui cambierò posto, non ci tengo ad avere un altra esperienza simile. La cattiveria non è apprezzata. I prezzi sono ottimi per la qualità che offrono.

16/10/2025: It's so surprising! In Italy, where there's so much delicious food, I actually found such delicious food! So delicious! So delicious! You can make reservations and get discounts on The Fork, but the prices are so expensive! Comments on The Fork are constantly being tampered with! !!! The sauce is just sauce, and the noodles are just noodles. It feels like the kitchen is just heating the food, nothing more! Previous reviews suggest this used to be a good restaurant. I wonder what's happened? Did they change their business model or the owner? Many second-time customers said it was not as good as before.

16/10/2025: Booking through The Fork gets you 50% off, but it's a complete scam! It's awful! I never imagined such terrible food could be found in Italy! It's astonishing! My The Fork review was even maliciously deleted. No wonder they have such high reviews and remain so popular! If you see this review, avoid this restaurant!

13/10/2025: Very nice and welcoming place. Let's start with the service, which wasn't bad but not quite up to par. The waiter, probably a novice, first forgot to bring water, which was requested a second time after a few minutes of waiting. Then, when the appetizers arrived, he hadn't cleared the bread plates, and we were the ones who had to put them aside and hold onto them until the main course. Considering the €3.50 cover charge, I expected a little more attentive service. Appetizers: We had the same appetizer, porcini mushrooms. It was good but too sweet and sour, a characteristic that recurs in several dishes (too much for me). Main course: I had the chicken with ricotta and sweet potatoes, while my boyfriend had the onion stuffed with Taleggio cheese. We both didn't enjoy these dishes very much. The side dish, the same for both main courses, was sweet potatoes, decidedly soggy and super greasy. I left them on my plate. The chicken piece, given the price, was honestly too small, but the flavor was good and delicate, along with the creamy base. Regarding my boyfriend's second course, the stuffed onion, honestly, the price didn't match the dish either: simple, unpretentious ingredients for a price that was too high. The flavor wasn't pleasant, especially on the outside of the onion. The desserts were good. If we hadn't had the 30% discount from The Fork, the total price would have been much higher than we paid, about €60 per person, which, to be honest, is a bit too much for what we ate and the service provided.

12/10/2025: The food was very good; we had two appetizers (two tartares) and two first courses. The service was excellent; the waiter was always professional, kind, and helpful. It was a bit hot, unfortunately. Overall, we had a great time.

14/08/2025: Excellent location, right in the town square. The room was standard, fairly clean, but a towel was missing, and a bar of soap was already opened. But the biggest problem was the lack of breakfast. We'd mentioned that one of us ate a savory breakfast, but the morning clerk didn't know, so she brought a single croissant and then half a schiacciatina from the next door. The coffee and cappuccino were poor.
