We had a fantastic time! The waitress was very kind. The owner was very kind. If you're in Florence, it's worth the 20-minute drive! We left with stomach aches because we ate so much. And it was much cheaper than the prices in Florence!

My partner and I went to lunch at Ristorante Fiore, and the experience was truly positive. The food is authentic; you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing them. The staff is friendly and always available, which really makes the difference. A special shout-out to the owner, a kind and welcoming person who knows how to put customers at ease. The olive oil is truly excellent, a detail that means a lot to me and confirms their attention to quality. The restaurant is large, well-maintained, and pleasant, ideal for both a quiet lunch and more convivial occasions. A wonderful experience, definitely recommended: we'll be back! As always!! 😊

I ordered the beef tenderloin, but it was a bit too salty during cooking. I finished it, of course, but a delicious piece like the tenderloin should be seasoned carefully. If it's lacking in salt, the customer can always add it later.

We recommend the smaller room if you're not a large group; the main room is very noisy. The fillet and steak were excellent. We had a very good lunch. Friendly service. Reasonable prices.

Traditional Tuscan and Florentine appetizers are mouth-watering! Their bottled wine and olive oil, also produced in-house, are excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

15/01/2026: Simply phenomenal experience. Delicious food from start to finish. Exceptional first courses, spectacular second courses, and truly mouth-watering side dishes. Everything was cooked with care, authentic flavor, and generous portions. But what really made the difference was the staff. The gentleman who served us and the lady in the kitchen were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They made you feel at home, not just a number sitting at a table. As soon as we said we had to be at the airport at 2:30 PM, they immediately understood the situation. The gentleman who served us immediately went to the kitchen to let us know, and in no time at all, our second courses were brought to us. No excuses, no unnecessary wait, just attention and respect for the customer. We truly loved it. Incredible price for what we ate. €75 for four first courses, four second courses, three side dishes, and even coffee. Extremely high quality, very fair price, a rarity these days. We left happy, satisfied, and with full bellies and hearts. As soon as we return to Florence, we will definitely eat here again. A place that truly deserves tradition, kindness, and cuisine prepared as it should be.
17/12/2025: Excellent home cooking, superb amatriciana... rabbit loin deserves an A+.
