My wife and I, passing through Florence, chose this restaurant for dinner.
AN EXCELLENT CHOICE.
A simple yet elegant place. TOP service... The owner is truly kind and knowledgeable, offering advice on traditional Tuscan dishes. The ribollita was delicious. The Fiorentina steak was top-notch, fabulous, cooked to perfection. Their own wine was very good.
Everything was truly TOP-NOTCH.
The price was right for the quality of the food and service. I absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

The waitress was very kind.
The owner was very kind.
If you're in Florence, it's worth the 20-minute drive!
We left with stomach aches because we ate so much.
And it was much cheaper than the prices in Florence!

My partner and I went to lunch at Ristorante Fiore, and the experience was truly positive. The food is authentic; you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing them.
The staff is friendly and always available, which really makes the difference. A special shout-out to the owner, a kind and welcoming person who knows how to put customers at ease.
The olive oil is truly excellent, a detail that means a lot to me and confirms their attention to quality.
The restaurant is large, well-maintained, and pleasant, ideal for both a quiet lunch and more convivial occasions.
A wonderful experience, definitely recommended: we'll be back! As always!! 😊

The location is very '80s, and the atmosphere fails to convey a sense of warmth to the table. Service is efficient and courteous. The food is good, made from quality ingredients, but still lacks any wow factor. The price is fair for the quality and quantity served.

I ordered the beef tenderloin, but it was a bit too salty during cooking. I finished it, of course, but a delicious piece like the tenderloin should be seasoned carefully. If it's lacking in salt, the customer can always add it later.

We recommend the smaller room if you're not a large group; the main room is very noisy. The fillet and steak were excellent. We had a very good lunch. Friendly service. Reasonable prices.
