We went specifically to try the food since some acquaintances had raved about it. We were thrilled; everything was delicious, from the starters to the main courses and side dishes. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. If it were possible, I would have given it 6 stars.

Wide menu selection. Simple restaurant with trattoria-style decor. Well-spaced tables and attentive service. For two, we ordered an appetizer, a first course, two second courses with sides, and a dessert. Everything was very good. Prices were average and in line with the quality of the food. Those who enjoy experimenting with traditional Tuscan dishes will not be disappointed.

We had lunch here in April. The dishes were delicious and fresh, made with top-quality ingredients. The wait staff were incredibly friendly, and it was truly a pleasure to receive advice from them. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them to anyone visiting the Tuscan hills for a wonderful local experience.

25/07/2026: It was a wonderful experience. A meal cooked with care, full of flavor and generous portions. Without a doubt, some of the best food you can eat in Tuscany. Served in a tastefully decorated restaurant. The service was incredibly fast and friendly; they even made an effort to speak Spanish. The price was reasonable for what they offered. The restaurant was comfortable and well-ventilated. They accept credit cards.
22/07/2026: A typical Pistoia restaurant, excellent cuisine, and a warm, friendly atmosphere reign supreme. The homemade picci cacio e pepe are phenomenal.

Trattoria Pizzeria DA NERONE

12/06/2026: First meal in Italy! Delicious food and gluten free pizza! Didn't seem particularly glad to have eight travel-weary Americans with minimal language capabilities drop in but, that's probably to be expected. Pleasant enough for the most part though, and definitely top food.
24/05/2026: Never a problem. Mushrooms, steak, and game like few others. A well-stocked wine cellar, and Alessandro, the perfect companion.
