05/03/2026: Roman cuisine restaurant and pizzeria, wood-fired oven, very good, clean and well-organized, excellent price, near the Vatican, always an excellent choice

04/03/2026: I don't recommend coming!!! We're from northern Italy, but I've never seen a restaurant/pizzeria like this. Hygiene was poor; we found dirty glasses, plus the condiments for the meals: they were sloppy, as was the salt, which also contained grains of rice, and a table without pepper, but with salt you couldn't see it. They did, however, put oregano, which at first glance was two different colors, and in the center of the table was a spicy oil that looked like it had been there for days or weeks. We ordered: cutlet with fries (the portion of fries was decidedly minimal and the cutlet was as hard as a brick), unseasoned vegetables, plus the pasta portions were overly generous, the carbonara had an exaggerated amount of cheese and practically uncut bacon. It should be noted, however, that the service was almost excellent; they interacted a lot with the customers, even if the dessert orders weren't perfectly understood.

08/03/2026: I was in Rome last year and this was the only restaurant we went back to twice, so we returned this year. The restaurant is located 5-15 minutes from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Square. The staff service was adequate. The food was delicious. We ordered gnocchi mar i montuno (delicious), potato and sausage pizza, panna cotta, and tiramisu. To drink, we had a glass of house wine and a Coca-Cola. We made a table reservation around 12:15 pm for 1:30 pm on a Monday. When we arrived, there were quite a few tables available. Two of us ate, and the price was €52.00. The only negative was that the restaurant smelled strongly of fish stew.

25/02/2026: Amazing! We went twice for dinner, the service was fast and attentive, the food arrived quickly, and it was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended.

03/01/2026: We found authentic Roman cuisine, in all its flavor and abundance, here. Tripe, cacio e pepe creamed directly into a wheel of pecorino cheese, and grilled lamb. Definitely the best lunch of 2025. Excellent ingredients, very fair prices, and generous portions.

It was not just dining out, it felt personal. The food was excellent both times, especially the Roman pasta dishes. Authentic, rich, and full of flavor. A special thank you to Simone and Joseph for the best service experience of our entire trip. Professional, caring, and with a great sense of humor that made us feel truly welcome. You guys are awesome. This is the kind of place you do not just visit once, and we definitely hope to come back again.

19/03/2026: We waited a long time for the food, after we ate we sat with empty plates on the table for a long time because no one came to take them. Arrogant and inappropriate attitude!

We found the restaurant by chance, had dinner the first night, and returned the following days; the most delicious amatriciana I've ever had, a perfect balance of flavors, the "scarpetta" (scraping bread) a must; the lamb chops were fragrant and perfectly cooked, and the Roman-style artichokes were indescribably sweet 😍😍😍 reasonable prices; highly recommended 🔝

04/03/2026: Superb experience! Warm welcome and, above all, absolutely delicious. This is our third restaurant around Via Cavour, and it was the best! I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: The food is very good, the service was adequate, just be careful when ordering an item that is not on the menu; in my case, a 750ml beer that they charged me 18 euros for, which is absurd, but since I didn't ask before ordering, I couldn't dispute it. Even so, I recommend it for the food, where the pasta is truly homemade and very good.

22/03/2026: An excellent spot where Italians and tourists alike mingle, all seeking local specialties. The service is very friendly, and the Roman-style tripe is a pure delight! I highly recommend the zucchini blossom fritters with anchovies and mozzarella—a true delight! The restaurant is spacious and perfectly suited for families.
