Very nice restaurant with simple but very well made cuisine with outdoor tables. Very very kind staff and attentive to your experience, very good meat and fish dishes with large portions. Advised.

After many years, this restaurant takes on a well-defined identity: that of Roman and Lazio cuisine, carried forward by Alessandro, a chef born in the profession, whose mother is called the late Anna Dente. Well-executed dishes with a strong flavour, fair portions and reasonable prices. The only dish on which I would slightly adjust the approach is the artichoke alla giudia, whose consistency suffered too much (I think) from the passage in the salamander or, perhaps, the second frying. Apart from this, everything was excellent, including the sweet ricotta and sour cherries. Finally, a worthy mention goes to the almost exclusively Lazio winery, in spite of those who say that we still don't know how to make wine. Conclusion: go there and prefer it to the Roman cuisine restaurants in the area, which are much more famous, but which have now been lost along the way 😉

È un locale con una spiccata identità che di distingue in positivo in un contesto di offerte di altro genere. Tradizione e cucina romana rivisitata, recupero del quinto quarto secondo ricette di una volta, ma modernizzate ed alleggerite. Porzioni generose e servizio attento ed affabile, ma non invadente.

Locale piccolo ma accogliente, ideale per un aperitivo tranquillo o per una cena in intimità. Proposte in delicato equilibrio, che riescono a reinventare la tradizione con sapienti tocchi di innovazione. Imperdibile la crostata di ricotta e visciole: calda, fragrante, profumatissima. Personale sorridente, estremamente amichevole e gentile. Soddisfatte da tutti i punti di vista!

Unique restaurant where it is possible to savor refined and truly exquisite dishes that represent the soul of old Rome. Very cozy environment and nice waiters, I highly recommend visiting this place.

The place looks nice, the staff is quite alright, but this is the only place in Italy where the pasta was completely overcooked instead of al dente, some dishes (e.g. concia) were quite nice, but the roman pasta dishes didn't taste that well as in other places in Rome.

Locale simpatico e accogliente con materie prime di qualità. Menu à la carte piuttosto limitato nell'ampiezza, ma nel complesso soddisfacente. Varia la cantina e sfiziosa la scelta delle birre.
