Wonderful evening to celebrate my father's birthday. A friend had recommended the place to me and we were delighted with everything. I would define Pasta and broccoli in arzilla broth as illegal given how good it is (see photo, I apologize for the poor quality!) Second course of cuttlefish with tasty and right-sized peas. The other dishes were also delicious!! I'll be right back for everything else!

Una solida cucina romanesca a gestione familiare; interessante nell'antipasto la “frittata” di patate (senza uova). Imprescindibile la minestra di arzilla e broccoli.

Very very good food: from chicory to freshly baked desserts. I would renovate the environment that remained a little old style. Fair price.

The food was good, except that we caught the staff having a bad day which led to a very long wait (in 1.5 hours we only ate the starter) and the first courses were overcooked. The terrible service (apart from the waitress who was very kind), when we asked the owner what the dishes of the day were and if we could have a gricia (outside the basic menu), the answer was "no, there is only what It's on the menu." It's a shame that a few minutes later 3 gricie arrived at the table next to us and at two other tables next to us the lady listed the mushroom starter as off the menu. We will definitely not be returning

Tutto molto apprezzato, dai piatti scelti alla accoglienza, dalla attenzione rivolta ai clienti agli arredi che "parlano" della vita della vecchia Roma. Conduzione tradizionale familiare.
