I happened to be in the area and stopped for dinner... everything was spectacular, I had such a good time that I was forced to return the following evening to try other dishes, the mezze sleeves with pajata are highly recommended (it's my favorite dish) but the carbonara it's no different, the second courses are made with care and respect for the raw materials, unfortunately I wasn't able to get the desserts (exclusively homemade) because I no longer had room.......
In short, perfect interpretation of typical Roman cuisine and very nice owners (brothers), also very kind and professional staff, I really felt at home (eating things that don't often happen to me).
I highly recommend it, it's absolutely worth the journey.

Typical Roman cuisine, excellent dishes, courteous staff, knowledgeable and passionate about cooking, good wine list.
Definitely also recommended for celiacs, handmade gluten-free pasta and gluten-free desserts of rare goodness. Well done!

Locale rinnovato, personale competente e gentilissimo! ci si immerge nella tradizione romana fantastica! Ma anche oltre spingendosi verso sapori mai provati prima come selezioni di formaggi e salumi di altissimo livello. Davvero una garanzia! La carbonara è da urlo come la trippa! Bravissimi!

Sabato a pranzo dopo qualche anno siamo tornati con mia moglie in questa trattoria che abbiamo trovata ristrutturata negli ambienti ma con la solita ottima cucina casareccia. Genuino antipasto misto di salumi e il carciofo alla giudia, gustose le pappardelle al cinghiale, gradito il bis con pajata e rigaje di pollo, ottimi sia il pollo alla romana con peperoni sia l'abbacchio alla svinarola. Ampia lista dei vini con prezzi per ogni tasca, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Grazie a Massimo anche per il giro in cantina.
