06/05/2025: Excellent cuisine, as far as I could taste, with traditional Roman dishes well executed but not excessively fatty and heavy. The service was unnerving - despite a rather simple order, after the first course we waited almost an hour for a second course and four side dishes, and another 30 minutes for dessert, while other tables around us, who arrived well after us, finished the meal in complete tranquility. The worst thing was that to our complaints while waiting for the second course and the side dishes, the waitress replied rather dryly "It depends on what you ordered" - it was a chicken with peppers (a dish definitely NOT cooked expressly), two chicory, a chicory and a portion of roasted peppers. Even after waiting for the dessert, our requests for clarification on the long wait were answered with "We have to heat the dessert ourselves, it doesn't come from the kitchen, so we have to wait". I don't know how and how much a slice of ricotta and chocolate cake should be heated, but I don't think it takes more than 20 minutes in an almost empty room...

24/05/2025: For dinner with friends and colleagues we stopped at this tavern in the San Paolo district in a very quiet street with practically no traffic. I wasn't very hungry and so I limited myself to just a first course, a carbonara, falling once again into the temptation to taste the must of Roman cuisine. All very good, from the quality of the pasta to that of the other ingredients. The place is essential, the service is really friendly, the cooking is a little slow and the prices are average, almost competitive.

24/05/2025: Highly recommended are the typical dishes of Roman cuisine, really good coda alla vaccinara, top meatballs. Fast table service, friendliness and cordiality.

29/05/2025: Restaurant-tavern near Piazza Sempione! We celebrated my son's graduation and I must say that the food was excellent. The owners, Fabrizio and Rosella, are perfect hosts and made us feel at ease throughout the evening. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food is high quality. Average prices. The only advice I can give is not to use the parking service in the affiliated garage!!! Despite taking advantage of a 50% discount we paid €10.00 per car.... the hourly cost was €5.00.... not even in Fiumicino do you pay that much! Of course the restaurant is highly recommended!

11/05/2025: Excellent experience for the quality of the food, the battered courgette flowers are sublime, as is the vignarola soup, exceptional! The service is fast between one course and another, the same with the change of cutlery. The dining room staff is very attentive, efficient, all the guys are super nice and are also friendly and polite, they always wear a smile. We will definitely be back!

06/05/2025: I returned to the Ristoro degli Angeli after a few years, and it confirms itself as a special place, if possible even better than I remembered it. The staff is really kind and friendly. The food is very good and the raw materials fresh. The choices for vegetarians are also excellent: we tried both the aubergine rolls (the sauce reminded me of that of Sunday family lunches) and the vegetable meatballs (a fresh taste given by the orange), and I also recommend the grass pea hummus with endive. Special mention then to the Garbatella potatoes, always excellent, with fennel flavour. Even when choosing the dessert, the staff showed kindness and flexibility in satisfying our request to replace the sour cherries with chocolate chips (I recommend trying the tartlet). The environment is very nice, it makes you feel at home, and lastly it is located in the heart of beautiful Garbatella.

First of all, a misleading sign says 'Ristorante Pizzeria' while they are two very distinct things and managed separately So I orient myself towards the restaurant: raw ham €16 passed off as Parma, I swear it wasn't!!! They were old scraps of an unidentified national ham We order peas and mozzarella, they tell us only after we have ordered them that they are finished My supplì was divided into three (why???) Creme Catalana similar to scrambled eggs Wine donuts so small that I had never seen them Also considering how much we spent compared to the frequency of the restaurant, not so elegant I would say, I would not recommend it, at all

19/05/2025: Si mangia sempre bene e il locale è accogliente ma sabato scorso il servizio non è stato un gran che: tre camerieri diversi a servirci; errore nei tempi di uscita delle portate (mi hanno servito, contemporaneamente, il primo e il secondo!!); nervosismo di un cameriere (un ragazzo giovane) di fronte alle nostre lamentele; distrazione nel servizio: il pane non arrivava, mi sono dovuto alzare per andare a chiederlo.. Insomma, così così.. Anche se i piatti sono sempre ottimi.

30/05/2025: We stayed in Rome for a full week and ate out for every meal. Origano Trevi was the absolute best. The food is to die for and the staff are both warm and welcoming! We are very grateful for the amazing vegan options. We visited many times during our trip. If you go early enough you can get a cornetto!

30/05/2025: ...and to think that not far from the places dear to me there is an osteria like this and to have discovered it recently is truly an outrage... Small but clean and welcoming place. The staff is always smiling and ready to satisfy the desires of the customers. The cuisine is classic, excellent, typical Roman cuisine. Everything to try. I recommend trying it.

18/05/2025: It is always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant. The dishes are classics but the portions are always generous and the fish is always very good. I recommend the spaghetti with clams, the octopus, the mixed grill of fish and for dessert the semifreddi. The service is always fast and efficient.
