05/08/2024: Delicious food, clearly homemade and not designed to cater to tourists. Wonderful atmosphere and great AC. All the dishes my family got were amazingly prepared and allowed us to get a great taste of traditional Roman food. This is a great little place very close to the major attractions of Ancient Rome, and a great place to get a calm bite to eat.

02/08/2024: A nice restaurant near the Colosseum. The service was great and not intrusive. The food (pizza, pasta, tiramisu) was really delicious. The house wine is also recommended. Absolutely ok in terms of price. We would definitely come again.

23/07/2024: We were in Rome for the Coldplay concert, near the Olympic stadium, near the stadium is Ponte Milvio. It was midday and incredibly hot. We were looking for a place where we could eat something Roman. Google recommended this place to us in the area. So we entered, the place is not very large but clean and furnished in a welcoming way. Fast and helpful waiters. We ate the pasta carbonara which was very good, I have never eaten carbonara like this. Excellent value for money. All perfect.

18/07/2024: Quick dinner in a restaurant with few frills furnishings, very close to Ponte Milvio. Two first courses, one with "grattaculi", anchovies and pecorino (exceptional mix of flavours) and the other with carbonara, both excellent. A bottled craft beer and two crème brûlée, in total €44.00. Very kind staff. I definitely recommend it.

15/08/2024: It's a really great restaurant, with excellent service and exquisite dishes. It interprets authentic Roman cuisine, including seafood, meat and vegetables, and is rich and colorful. The service staff are all affable old gentlemen, with warm service and homely kindness.

21/07/2024: al momento della prenotazione telefonica di 20 persone non mi si puo' dire che avrei dovuto parlare prima con il proprietario per definire il menu?...ma stiamo scherzando...mica era un matrimonio.. si fa presto a fare 20 persone...cosa avrei dovuto fare contattare tutti e decidero poi cosa avremmo dovuto mangiare? diventa una fatica... non mi sembra serio...infatti non ho prenotato

28/07/2024: Preso quasi per caso come tappa di ritorno dalle vacanze estive, è stata una gradita sorpresa. All'arrivo con la mia famiglia abbiamo avuto una prima impressione non propriamente positiva per diversi motivi, ma devo dire che una volta conosciuto il proprietario e vista la camera, pulita e in ordine, è incominciata una serie di belle sorprese. La cena che faceva parte di una mezza pensione, all'inizio mi aveva lasciato perplesso in quanto avremmo condiviso la tavolata con gli altri ospiti della struttura, cosa che mancava tra le nostre precedenti esperienze. Ma poi, grazie anche alla fortuna di aver incontrato ospiti adorabili e alla cucina "casalinga" con ottimi ingredienti, ne siamo usciti entusiasti. Stesso vale per la colazione prima di partire per casa. Quando lascio un posto dove ho soggiornato, provando un senso di "tristezza" cartatteristico, vuol dire che, a mio personalissimo avviso, la struttura ha lasciato il segno.

04/08/2024: Amazing Service. Our waiter was very attentive and polite. Food was amazing, my partner had a pizza which was huge for the price & he said best pizza he has had in Italy. I had a great ravioli which was delicious. Tiramisu was also great! 10/10 experience & would come again. Price point was great .

02/08/2024: Suddenly this Italian came along with his bathtub full of pasta and just slapped it on us. We weren't asked what we wanted to eat/drink. In the end he just took our plates away and said “Finito”. Really that is VERY RUDE!!! They couldn't even speak English.

01/09/2024: Perfect Valentine's Day dinner, at the table we found some chocolates and little red hearts. I'll tell you more: ►Service The staff is always attentive and available for any request The service is fast and courteous. ►Menu It really offers many first courses, both of the day, and whether sea or mountain. We chose to eat fish and after the generous portions of the starter and first course we moved directly to the dessert, a spectacular, decomposed tiramisu. ►Quality It is very high quality, the fish is very fresh and of very high quality. ►Cleaning Very high, well-spaced tables. ►Account Very normal, despite being in the center of Rome ►QUALITY/PRICE RATIO: 10/10

27/08/2024: We went for dinner. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming and happy to answer questions and suggest different items as you ask. They have a wide variety of authentic Italian dishes and the prices are very reasonable (just like average restaurants in Rome). I ordered seafood with cheese and vegies. Was excellent. The diserte were also very good and authentic Italian.

21/08/2024: Good evening, I had dinner in this place with my wife and my three children. I have to and want to list the great things about this place. Great attention and hospitality towards customers. Great attention to raw materials. Great quality throughout. I personally tried: Roman-style artichokes Artichokes Giudia style Donuts alla Gricia Seared lamb Sautéed chicory Cream caramel ALL 10 WITH HONORS It is so difficult to still find "the history of ROME in Restaurants in Trastevere. Here is the real one with its own history and its own truth. This is served to you with elegance, professionalism but also with extreme humility in every dish. Fabio Maresca

14/08/2024: Delicious food, exceptional service. They recommended antipasti for a starter which was delicious, for the main course we had spaghetti vongole and lamb. They also recommended us a white wine, a great success.
