35 minute wait for a carbonara, but really excellent.

Guys, ROME IS AMAZINGLY GOOD! We had a great meal. Oxtail stew Artichokes Meatballs in tomato sauce Carbonara Nervetti Gricia Two bottles of wine for €100! I highly recommend it.

If you don't want to do a food challenge, get a half portion of pasta, which is still 150 grams of raw pasta. This way you can try traditional second courses. Everything is excellent.

A small Roman restaurant, the interior is very small and doesn't have air conditioning. There are several tables outside on the sidewalk, and two fans keep the air flowing, though they don't reach everywhere. The food is good and the prices are fair.

Truly a pleasant surprise. Roman cuisine without any ifs or buts. Authentic, sincere, and traditional. We had gricia, cacio e pepe, meatballs, and roast sausage with potatoes. Everything was perfect, plentiful—in fact, very plentiful—and beautifully prepared and presented. The first courses were excellent, in keeping with Roman tradition, interpreted without too many frills. Pure substance. Also keep in mind that the "half portion" is 150g of pasta... The "full portion" is 200g. It seemed even more to me... Certainly much more than the nutritionist tells me... The meatballs in tomato sauce are also delicious and light. Mopping up the sauce with the sauce is fantastic. Sausage and potatoes are hard to do badly... And in fact, they didn't succeed... they were excellent too. The place is quite small, but, at least in the nicer weather, there's also a large outdoor area with tables. Reservations are still a must, as the place is well-known and popular. Reasonable but reasonable prices. Overall, I can recommend it with complete peace of mind.

Honestly, we chose this restaurant at random, and I must say I was very impressed by the quality and the portions. I think I've never seen such a large portion of handmade fettuccine with oxtail sauce in my life 🤪🤪. Delicious. Very friendly service. I recommend it.

A very quaint restaurant with authentic, high-quality Roman cuisine! Generous and tasty portions! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were even offered a plate of carbonara for the whole table to try! Highly recommended!!
