Good trattoria also suitable for a quick lunch break. Location strictly corresponding to the name of the restaurant. It offers good bulk wine as well as the bottles offered on the wine list. The classic meatballs with sauce accompanied by stewed potatoes are very delicate.

Traditional dishes, simple and well made. All very good! Right portions and fair price. Fast and courteous service. The bread is also very good. Homely and welcoming atmosphere.. really highly recommended!!

If you are searching for a real authentic italian cuisine, this is the place. It's not your typical fancy gourmet place, it's simply traditional cuisine, but the experience it's worth it. And the place, at least during the evening, it is packed. The staff is really friendly, attentive and they enjoy their customers like they are friends. The second time when I was here, they remembered and treated me like I was their friend. So I really recommend the place. Will definitely come back when I will be in Rome. Thanks to you enjoy !

Locale caratteristico e ben gestito.. i ragazzi al servizio sono molto simpatici. Menu dalla scelta contenuta, ma tutti i piatti sono ben realizzati, e la scarpetta nei sughi/condimenti è d’obbligo.. prezzi competitivi.. sempre una garanzia..

Sempre un buon posto, primi e seconi gustosi ma a fronte di prezzi quasi in linea con Pantheon e Trevi abbiamo trovato una deviazione dalla tradizione romanesca nelle porzioni che si sono un po ridotte. Vino della casa rosso non gradito

02/04/2024: I was just walking down the street from my Airbnb and thought I would get a quick bite in the evening and Wow was I surprised!! the menu was amazing, the pasta, the best I ever had, the chocolate dessert with balsamic vinegar was to die for, and the staff, ambience, food, everything was amazing! I definitely recommend this to anyone. I left feeling so good….
24/03/2024: Osteria just outside the center of Ponte Milvio in a quiet area. Very friendly staff and owners, good cod foil (specialized in cooking cod) and excellent first courses. Prices average for the area. Nice find. 5 stars also and above all for their friendliness and hospitality. Advised

Trattoria Le Tavernelle

05/04/2024: Entered by chance, remarkable experience. I'll start with the staff, very kind, fast, trained in all the languages ​​of the world and attentive (this is not a given for Rome, and a Roman says so...). There are national dishes and those of our Capitoline tradition (the place has a history, it was in via Panisperna even before the second war and we imagine perhaps that Fermi and the famous "boys" who made history went there to eat). I tried - off the menu - some excellent tonnarelli (nice al dente), with artichoke cream, pecorino and bacon. Large and welcoming internal rooms and internal space in the lively Monti district. Bathrooms in order (and this too is unusual for the capital!). Widely competitive prices for quality and service.
05/04/2024: Excellent food with fast service even when busy. Easy to ignore the slightly dated decor when food is this good.
