Great vibes. Perfect artichoke. Great pasta. Saltimbocca was dreamy. We did the mortadella and pistachio flatbread app and it was huge. Service was great.

We loved our dinner here! Stopped by when they opened at 18:30 and made a reservation for 20:00. They have indoor and outdoor seating, we enjoyed the decor inside! The cacio e pepe was phenomenal, as were our main courses poplette from the daily specials and the veal saltimbocca from their regular menu. My husband really enjoyed his wine too, they have an extensive selection. Prices were reasonable, felt like an authentic Roman dinner experience and I would highly recommend!

The food was excellent toast with anchovies and a light cheese (chefs kiss), beans with an excelent pecorino as a snack, an excelent amatriciana and carbonara. I really like the relaxed atmosphere, service was on point and I didn't feel like I was in a rush. This restaurant brought a lot of happiness and joy in my life for the lunch that I spent here.

Giulio Passami l'Olio is located just steps from Piazza Navona, in the heart of the Ponte district, in one of Rome's most picturesque areas, amidst historic alleys, ancient buildings, and a lively yet authentic atmosphere. The restaurant is small and traditional, with rustic furnishings and a convivial atmosphere that exudes authentic Roman charm. The staff is extremely kind and professional, and service is prompt even when the restaurant is full.
The dishes are excellent. I had flavorful fettuccine with meat sauce for my son, tender veal strips with arugula, and a delicious grilled chicken with vegetables for my husband and me.
This restaurant is perfect for experiencing Roman tradition.

The food was exquisite; we ordered carbonara and tiramisu, and it was every bit as good as the most "famous" places in Rome. Excellent service and an unbeatable atmosphere—it felt like we were in Spain, as they even played our music. A place to return to.
