I would have left 10🌟 impeccable hospitality, at Giulio Passami l'olio you feel pampered with traditional dishes (but with an eclectic twist) served in a unique location. applause to the innkeeper, attentive to every request. I highly recommend this Roman stop.

Excellent Roman cuisine in the centre, not far from Piazza Navona, which offers a vast choice of typical dishes and a well-stocked wine cellar. I recommend the classic first courses, such as the gray one, and evaluate the proposals of the day. Kindness and professionalism, rare in the area, of the young waiters. You can eat inside or outside and there aren't many places (book!). Average prices.

Posto carino dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene e siamo stati bene. Ottima come antipasto la focaccia con mortadella, stracciatella e pistacchi. Favoloso come dolce il tiramisù.

Great food and good service. It is very authentic Roman cuisine and the list of wines is very large. We have Carbonara pasta that is a signature dish, pork knuckle and pasta cacio e Pepe. All delicious.

10/03/2024: A true Roman tavern, according to the decalogue which I promptly photographed. Tripe is good. Maybe it's not chic, but if you want honesty and authenticity, a break from the usual plastic dishes, you have to stop by here.

03/04/2024: A favorite hidden gem on a quiet back street in the middle of Rome. This is my fourth time visiting this place. Over 18 years ago was the first time and every time I have been more than satisfied. It is often full, so you have to be prepared to wait a while to get a seat, but definitely worth the wait. The staff is very professional and humble. Can highly recommend theirs "Frutti di Mare in foil."
03/04/2024: The traditional Italian food that we have been looking for, the best we have tasted in Rome. Well worth a visit.
