Each combination is enriched with a different jam, chosen to enhance the flavor of the cheeses, a true pleasure for the most discerning palates. Delicious Taggiasca olives and sun-dried tomatoes are also available, accompanied by fresh vegetables and side dishes that vary based on the finest ingredients available each day. Moving on to the first courses, the selection ranges from traditional dishes like the Genovese to more sophisticated options like the tubettino with local hazelnuts. Each dish is an invitation to discover authentic flavors and the highest-quality ingredients. But the real star of the menu is, without a doubt, the meat, presented in all its varieties and accompanied by mouth-watering sides: excellent cacio e pepe chips and other delicacies that must be tasted to be believed. 02/08/2026: I dined at Contadino 4.0 and was very satisfied. The dishes are prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, well-cooked, and rich in flavor. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful, making me feel immediately at ease. I also found a pleasant addition: a beautiful outdoor dining area where I could sip an excellent homemade wine al fresco, paired with genuine, locally sourced produce. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a pleasant evening. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

10/05/2026: Central location. Reservations are essential to secure a table and avoid the wait. The staff is young and friendly, but above all, helpful, which isn't typical for everyone. The pizza is a delight, both the plain and the specialty versions. The dough is light, not heavy, and they definitely use good flour. Perfectly cooked. The space is small, but large enough to enjoy an excellent specialty. The only thing I would recommend to the staff is to point out or explain the QR code functionality to customers, especially those less familiar with it. Everything else is perfect.

The menu was meticulously crafted, maintaining the Brick's signature pub style while adding the refinement of seafood ingredients that gave the menu a unique touch. We may have eaten more than we expected; we would have been better off skipping Sunday lunch, but it was worth it. Well done, guys!

08/07/2026: I’ve been in various parts of Italy for nearly three weeks now and I happened to stop into here for a quick meal before catching a train and I just wish I’d had time for an antipasti because it’s been one of the absolute best meals. I highly recommend the seafood gnocchi and salted caramel cheesecake. Simple, refined cooking.

16/07/2026: We stopped for pasta after visiting the Certosa. We arrived at 2:30 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 3:00 PM, and were warmly welcomed. The service was impeccable, and the ragù was exceptional, and we even mopped it up with bread. My husband, my two children, and I left feeling completely satisfied with our lunch. Highly recommended, not only for the food, but also for the view of the Certosa, and especially for the kindness.
