09/05/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and was really impressed. The dishes are excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and presented with great care. Each dish is a small journey into flavours, with intriguing combinations that surprise without ever being excessive. The menu manages to combine creativity and tradition in a harmonious way. All this is accompanied by attentive and discreet service. In relation to the quality offered, the prices are absolutely interesting. A gastronomic experience that I can recommend!

14/05/2025: Si quieres hacer un viaje en el tiempo de unos 100 años para experimentar lo que fue cenar en Salerno entonces este restaurante es para ti. Alessandro, el propietario de Hosterio Il Brigante, fue un gran anfitrión y las recetas eran clásicos de la región. El ambiente y la comida nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos comiendo en su casa.

09/05/2025: Exceptional food, it is an excellent food house. Very good homemade food. Quality wine. Great find in Salerno near the cathedral. You can't leave the cafeteria further down on the corner. Left-wing environment in which I feel comfortable.

15/05/2025: Le Trabe, in our opinion, is a real experience for all the senses We were welcomed and made to feel at ease right away in their cellar, where while you sip a glass of quality bubbles you choose the wine to consume at the table from a multitude of labels Once the aperitif was over we were accompanied to one of the rooms where lunch was served. 05/05/2025: Como americanos llegamos temprano @ 7 : 00 PM. Éramos las únicas personas en el restaurante por un tiempo, que era agradable. El servicio fue muy bueno. Empezamos con un solo bocado de aperitivo complementario. Fue agradable, luego pasta para mí, pescado fresco para mi esposa y un par de albóndigas para niños también. Tuvimos una botella de vino agradable y caminamos hasta el restaurante Eldorado para Gelato. Excelente noche. BTW - La nueva ubicación es increíble. Es un restaurante de cristal de tres caras que da al agua.

27/04/2025: Sempre guidati siamo stato in questo caratteristico locale, dove abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici della cucina campana, alcuni dei quali non assaporavo da tempo. Il titolare che ha personalizzato il locale, con una attenta scelta dei prodotti e vini proposti di qualità eccelsa. Un piacere per il palato che lascia il segno a chi ama questo tipo di esperienze. Calore e simpatia completano l’esperienza che consiglio e spero di ripetere alla prossima occasione che saremo da queste parti. Complimenti!

26/04/2025: Cena di coppia. Abbiamo trovato questo posto su internet fidandoci delle recensioni. Siamo rimasti più che delusi. In primis il servizio. Abbiamo scelto in totale 3 piatti tra quelli esposti in vetrina, li scaldano palesemente a microonde e ce li servono. Nulla da dire sulla modalità ma innanzitutto non erano ben caldi e soprattutto dopo pochi secondi il terzo piatto era gelato. Nulla cambiava se avessero aspettato a portarci l'ultimo piatto ma eviatavomo di mangiare con l'imbuto. I piatti sobo risultati pesanti e molto conditi. Va bene per riempire la pancia con l' unico vantaggio di spendere poco.

12/05/2025: We ordered a seafood salad and it was tasteless, then two anonymous seafood risottos, then, still hungry, we ordered a margherita pizza and it was good. the waiters were nice.

Almost all of the foods are indigenous and produced on their own farm. Tasting the gastronomic journey you can savor a wide variety of dishes that are tasty in their simplicity. The fresh pasta is delicious. The meats are chosen with great care. A place definitely not to be missed.
