I returned to Old Wild West in Pontecagnano again and can only confirm the exceptional service that has always distinguished this establishment.
I want to share a recent episode that demonstrates their genuine attention to customer service, which is not a given these days. Due to a network issue, I was unable to load points onto my loyalty card. I sent an email (and we all know how difficult it is to receive company responses these days...) and within just two days they resolved everything, crediting my points back. This shows respect for customers, who are the resource that makes a company great. Hats off to all the staff!
The establishment's strengths:
Fantastic staff: The guys are incredibly friendly. I have a special relationship with one of them in particular: I affectionately call him "Maradona" because of his gorgeous curly hair. He is a person of unparalleled kindness, professionalism, and speed.
Food and Service: Excellent food, excellent everything.
Only flaw? If I really had to find something to improve... maybe the portions are even exaggerated! You really give so much, which is a pleasure, but almost a "problem" that needs to be solved!
I also read that soon it will be necessary to show receipts for promotions; no problem, I'm ready to do so at any time because my review is dictated by pure objectivity.
If you're looking for courtesy, efficiency, and excellent food, this place remains an absolute guarantee. Five well-deserved stars!

09/06/2026: Ordered online, never saw any food... it never arrived. I called to ask if anyone was on their way, and they hung up on me and then never answered.
After a 12-hour trip, I just wanted something to eat... pitiful.

09/03/2026: I celebrated my thirtieth birthday for lunch yesterday at Lap Station, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was simply perfect.
The food is excellent and the atmosphere is just right, but the real added value of the place is the staff. Special thanks go to Gervasio, the owner: a man of rare kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. He looked after us with impeccable attention, taking care of every detail and making us feel truly "at home."
It's hard to find such a successful blend of quality and human warmth these days. I extend my sincerest compliments to Gervasio, to Nicoletta for the wonderful preparation, and to the entire team for their excellent work. Thank you for making this milestone so special!
Highly recommended!
03/02/2026: The appetizers are mediocre and of poor quality, the dessert selection is almost nonexistent, and above all, they're expensive!!!
Be careful, to make you leave your table on Sunday evenings, the waiter will take your glass while you're still drinking...

Every member of the staff made us feel like valued guests. The food was simply outstanding; every dish was bursting with flavour and prepared to perfection. Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. If I could, I would happily eat here every single day for the rest of my life. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
10/07/2026: We stayed for a few days just for the convenience, but the service was disappointing. Customer service and hospitality were zero. All I can say is a beautiful garden.
If they recommend Scarpariello, tell them to call you "chiavatell nfacc"

27/06/2026: 1st review) A small but satisfying outlet of the well-known American fast food chain, with indoor and outdoor tables and a children's play area as usual. Courteous and friendly staff. The only flaw is that the bathrooms are quite dirty. Worth a review.
2nd review) The same place has moved to a new location 200 meters away on the opposite side of the street, in a new building with the same design and atmosphere as the chain itself.
Everything is new and beautiful. The quality and cleanliness will need to be evaluated in the future.
3rd review) I returned to the new location after a few months and was shocked by the filth on the tables where food is consumed!! All the outdoor tables were full of trays with leftovers from those who had eaten previously. To free up a table, I had to call a girl to clean it!!! Truly a disappointment!!
25/06/2026: I paid for three cokes for a sandwich that wasn't there and I got everything except what I wrote previously
