More than positive experience, very nice location....definitely special. The 5-course tasting menu included an excellent pasta with octopus sauce and potato foam, the same goes for the egg with pecorino and leek... the other dishes were good but not at the level of the aforementioned dishes. The small pastries and the truly delicious desserts deserve applause. Polite and professional staff. Definitely recommended

It was a very nice experience! We spent a nice evening with friends, in a familiar and welcoming environment, with dishes that made us smile while we ate them and a more than kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

A high level culinary experience. I really enjoyed all the courses on the tasting menu, each with a very pleasant combination of flavours, balanced and different from each other. If I had to name the top courses I would choose: mixed pasta with octopus and potato foam; the egg cooked at low temperature; cuttlefish with truffle and buffalo mozzarella; the duck. The desserts are also very good. A note of merit also for the service, the kindness of the dining room staff towards the customer, the precision with which all the dishes are explained. All in a welcoming and elegant, but relaxing environment that puts you at ease, giving you the sensation of feeling almost at home. The prices are very honest, especially when compared to the average of other starred restaurants. In short, an experience certainly worth recommending and repeating.

I don't think this is worth a star. Food is just Ok, nothing special. Service must be improved, our experience was not good. The atmosphere is amazing though

Siamo nel centro di Eboli, per entrare nel ristorante bisogna suonare ad un portone di un palazzo d’epoca e salire al primo piano in un elegante appartamento. Pochi tavoli, il camino acceso che in inverno è molto piacevole, tovagliato semplice ma elegante. Scegliamo io il menù degustazione di pesce (5 portate a 60€) e mia moglie un menù completamente vegetariano (non in carta, ma richiesto preventivamente). Servizio forse un po’ lento, considerata la presenza di una decina di clienti in tutto, ma giustificato da piatti complessi . I 5 assaggi del menu sono serviti in piccole porzioni, ma uniti al pre-appetizer (voto 7.5), a pre-dessert e alla piccola pasticceria (voto 8), ci hanno saziato. Il mio menù includeva : -ricciola cruda laccata in estratto di erbe (voto 6.5) -seppia con polvere di liquirizia (voto 7.5) -tagliatella con infusi di burro, aceto e tartufo nero (voto 8.5), molto buone -baccalà al vapore con chips croccante di pelle di baccalà (voto 8) -crema di latte con pan di Spagna e miele (voto 8) Rapporto qualità prezzo a mio parere eccezionale (voto 10), vista la complessità dei piatti proposti. Servizio attento (voto 7.5), qualche piccolo dettaglio da migliorare. Buona carta dei vini. L’unica pecca riscontrata, il menù degustazione vegetariano (non in carta ma cortesemente assemblato su nostra richiesta dallo chef) non è allo stesso livello del menù in carta. Se posso a tale riguardo dare un consiglio, aggiungerei in carta un menù vegetariano, che nel 2024 credo sia ormai una scelta d’obbligo e garantirebbe a mio parere l’eccellenza. Ringrazio lo chef di averci fatto provare la pasta con polpo e spuma di patate, non prevista inizialmente nel nostro menù. Un piatto iconico dello chef e che a mio parere merita il viaggio.

Excellent gourmet experience! Very beautiful and particular location where time seems to have stopped. Pampered by the Maitre of the room Francesco who accompanied us in great detail on this high level culinary journey, we spent a 2 hour journey where the chef expressed his personality, his ideas, with refined and delicate dishes. Chapeau!

A culinary experience definitely worth trying, truly special and excellent two dishes, especially, in my opinion, the egg cooked at 63 degrees and the first "all coloured", an explosion of flavours.

Per il mio compleanno siamo venuti finalmente in questo ristorante stellato ed abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione da 7 portate. Tutto ottimo, servizio impeccabile e cortese, prezzo adeguato per la stella.
