For dinner, my partner and I chose the five-course tasting menu with matching wines.
At 8:15 PM, when we crossed the threshold of the main door, our wonderful journey began.
From aperitif to dessert, every dish overwhelmed and inebriated our senses, all of them.
Simple and elegant dishes, presented with simplicity. Distinctive ingredients.
Few frills. Lots of substance. Lots of study, technique, and research.
Here, even the most complex dishes are understandable, no matter the audience.

I chose this place to celebrate our anniversary with my partner, and I had pretty high expectations; I must say they were fully met. The atmosphere was intimate, private, and cozy, the combination of exceptional food and art, and the price was commensurate with the experience.
