We took a detour on our trip to try this place, and it was worth it! The restaurant is located inside an old mill, tastefully and elegantly renovated. The idea of ​​covering part of the dining room's floor with glass, making the space more airy and interesting, was highly original and striking. We were right above the chef's station and could see the precision and cleanliness with which he carried out his work. The welcome was formally correct, as is appropriate for this type of restaurant, but also very friendly, and there was plenty of interesting information about the preparations and local products. The tasting menu, focused on fish, presented a series of dishes prepared with high-quality technique, with remarkable control over cooking, textures, assembly, and plating. Beyond the technique, the taste experience was also very satisfying because the search for unusual flavors respected and enhanced the raw materials, particularly the delicacy of the fish in its various forms—squid, cod, scampi, amberjack. In conclusion, a very pleasant experience that, while respecting the roots of traditional cuisine, had the courage to dare and seek new stimuli compared to a local gastronomic offering that is perhaps a little static and at times too "touristy."

Sometimes 5 stars aren't enough to express a true opinion. The vegetarian menu was nothing short of amazing, from start to finish. The gnocchi allo scarpariello and the buffalo milk dessert were noteworthy, and we were literally amazed by the unexpected and hidden pairing with olives. The recommended wine pairing complemented each dish admirably, and the service from Michele and Francesco was simply impeccable.
