E' sicuramente quanto di più vicino ci sia ad una stella Michelin in Cilento una volta superata Paestum. Storica struttura su due piani dove il giovane chef propone una cucina ecumenica ed equilibratissima accompagnata da una splendida verticale di vini della proprietà Cobellis (anche se troverete tanto altro). Elegante e professionale la sala.

What is defined as a food experience... The place (an old mill) is very beautiful, well-kept, the glass floor on the upper floor (where the tables for guests are arranged) allows you to see the kitchen and the "artists " who work there; even the old millstone, "stuck" in the room on the ground floor, makes a nice effect. Three different tasting itineraries are offered: land, sea and vegetarian, with different prices (veg the cheapest). Wanting to find a negative note, I found it limiting to discover, only after sitting at the table, that the choice of tasting path cannot be different between people at the same table; after speaking with the chef, I perfectly understood and agreed with the reason, but I would have preferred to know when booking. And, to be honest, the chef explained that it is always possible to "compose" a route on the fly, taking "pieces" from the three existing ones, as long as it is shared by all the guests at the table, which is certainly a somewhat more "dynamic". Given the number of seats available, I would always recommend booking.

Is not the first time i’ve visited aquadulcis restaurant, and of course you could never go wrong.
From the fantastic style restaurant itself, to a deep culinary experience of Chef Vincenzo Cucolo.
This culinary trip that will overwhelm you in the restaurant's tasting menus is the final result of many years of study, territory’s knowledges like nowhere else, and the most important things, the passion and love that the chef transmits in his dishes, coming from the entire life of dedication and researches.
Is a 5 star restaurant, that deserves a star in this loved guide.

In una location sorprendente, un antico mulino ristrutturato con soluzioni eclatanti come un pavimento trasparente ( il contraltare è il soffitto...), alta cucina, con presentazioni molto belle. Qualche accostamento troppo azzardato anzi stonato. Peccato che non era indicato all'esterno che ill menu fosse obbligatorio per tutti i commensali.
