The chicken cooked three ways is exceptional, flavorful, and if you pair it with excellent focaccia and a good red wine, you'll be completely satisfied. 13/04/2026: A place where you always feel welcomed with a smile. The traditional cuisine is excellent, but not particularly light. If you're looking for a salad, this isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for fusilli with ragù, eggplant parmigiana, and to finish, I recommend a slice of delicious babaiola, then you're definitely in luck. The pizza is also excellent; try the pan version. Service isn't particularly fast, so it's not suitable if you're in a hurry. Excellent if you want to enjoy a meal slowly and without stress.

Even the wine, a simple bottle of Aglianico del Benevento, was truly delicious. The welcome and customer service were impeccable. Thanks to the owner and his sons.

09/06/2026: I'm happy to depart from my usual posts because I'm aware that cuisine, the community that inhabits a place, and what they have achieved in the region are part of our shared heritage and therefore must be recognized and valued. Well, the dish presented today by Chef Carlo at the TERRENOSTRE Restaurant in Mercato San Severino was one of those you remember long after you leave, because "wisdom at the table" always bears fruit! The delicacy of broccoli and the savory flavor of mussels coexist sublimely in this dish, which can be enjoyed at TERRENOSTRE even out of season: compliments to the Chef!

30/11/2025: Tonight we decided to order two pizzas, including a "white pizza with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and shavings." When we placed the order, we were informed that the red cherry tomatoes weren't available, and this was at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night. Honestly, I struggle to understand how such a common ingredient could be missing at the start of the service. Over the phone, we were offered to substitute them with yellow cherry tomatoes; the person who placed the call agreed, albeit with some hesitation, and told me so, since the pizza was for me. So I decided to call back to change the flavor, as I wasn't convinced by the change. Less than five minutes after the first call, however, I was told that it wasn't possible to change the order because the pizzas had already been prepared—perhaps even already on their way to delivery. The pizzas arrived fairly quickly, about 20-30 minutes later. The dough was good, as were the quality of the ingredients; it's a shame, however, that they were almost cold, as were the fries. And the worst part? The price. Pizza base €6, plus €1.50 for the arugula, €2 for the parmesan shavings, and €2 for the yellow cherry tomatoes. I should point out that the complaint about the price stems primarily from the limited quantity of ingredients; I've attached a photo. The service needs improvement.

31/05/2026: Beautiful resort, with a stunning view from the balcony. Breakfast is good, the waiters and receptionists are friendly, and the rooms are spotless and well-appointed. Highly recommended!

23/05/2026: Unbelievable! The shower screen fell down while my wife was showering. She suffered numerous cuts on her legs, feet, and hands. There wasn't even a first-aid kit. The night receptionist, an elderly gentleman over 80, offered us absolutely nothing. He did, however, offer us hand sanitizer. Not even an apology. We'll speak to the wholesaler. And the location? The place is beyond words. A complete disaster. Don't even think about going there.

26/07/2026: Great food, great atmosphere, great service! Carmine and his family are doing an amazing job, the quality of the food was outstanding, we ordered an antipasti no share between 4 people, 2 pizza and 1 spaghetti vongole, highly recommended.

07/07/2026: The service was over-charged, they made a scene with their exaggerated attitude, and the waitress was over-excited. The portions were truly embarrassing. The pizzas on the menu should be accompanied by pictures to quantify their size. I especially recommend avoiding the pan pizza; it looked frozen and the dimensions were an 18x18cm square, making it look like a children's portion at an embarrassing price. The classic pizzas, however, were completely charred on the crust. The pizza chef was evidently involved in a medical pathology study on the topic of "oncogenes and proto-oncogenes and their application in dough." The delay between pizzas was intolerable, even though we were at lunch (the room was half-empty). One ate at noon and the other at midnight (five pizzas, not forty). The waitress, with the automatic phrase "would you like a drizzle of olive oil?", as if nothing had happened, was intolerable.
