Absolutely worth a try! Welcoming place, extremely kind and helpful staff, and attention to every detail. We ordered two cuts of meat, but we'll definitely be back to try the many other specialties on the menu. The meat was truly high-quality, the prices fair, and our appetites were satisfied!

The best meat I've ever eaten in my life. Quality cured meats, magical tartare, and meat that I can't describe, with its flavor and tenderness... I think the one we had was called Simmental... divine! Luigi treated us to a wonderful meal and served us beautifully, and Anna, with her knowledge and kindness, made everything even better. We went to Donato the Butcher for the first time last night. Upon entering, you're greeted by a welcoming, family-like atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Cassandra, above all, is smiling and very kind. Throughout the dinner, she also proves to be knowledgeable and a pleasure to listen to. As for the food, everything was delicious, even exceeding expectations. We'll definitely be back soon.

Each combination is enriched with a different jam, chosen to enhance the flavor of the cheeses, a true pleasure for the most discerning palates. Delicious Taggiasca olives and sun-dried tomatoes are also available, accompanied by fresh vegetables and side dishes that vary based on the finest ingredients available each day. Moving on to the first courses, the selection ranges from traditional dishes like the Genovese to more sophisticated options like the tubettino with local hazelnuts. Each dish is an invitation to discover authentic flavors and the highest-quality ingredients.
